Noel the type of guy to be wholesome and informative at the same time
this won’t be top comment i’ll fight against it

Bro ate the scoop too, that's why it took him 3 years to digest
That makes sense now 😂
This seems to be the only logical explanation
@@NoelDeyzel He wanted gains so badly that he ate the scoop 🤣
Even if he did would have being out of the body system in days, but your joke was hilarious man 😂
Bro is speaking factss😂😂😂
A classic case of "I'm talking on a podcast, so I can just make up whatever nonsense I like and it's right because I said so". Literally, all you need is a table, two camera angles and some microphones and people will treat everything you say like gospel. Thank you, Noel, for actually giving correct and up to date information.
That guy is a pretty famous Indian actor.
That's why you should not take advice from any celebrity.
@@ayanbiswas5886 exactly. It wouldn't shock me if he was planning to start selling his own protein supplements after this. Create an imaginary problem, sell a BS solution. That's the formula to quick success nowadays
The other guy interviewing him was a famous and legit fitness influencer 2-3 years b4. Pointing out the actor's mistake will just hurt his ego and could affect his future podcasts.
FYI, he's the #1 podcaster in India and has interviewed even Foreign minister of India
@@vegitogogita531 you breathe wrong, and it'll hurt a celebrity's ego. Correcting him so his fans don't get the wrong idea, regardless of how fragile he is, would've been far more respectable.
FYI, his standing as a podcaster means literally nothing to me. My point was that if you present information in that format, no matter what you say, the sheep will believe it. Nobody's going to look up his credentials or anything like that, because let's be honest, nobody cares or has the brains to do that. All they're going to see is podcast format, then any and all information on it will be drip fed into their brains as irrefutable fact, which is exactly why this pilIock needed correcting.
the fact that hes a very famous actor from india makes it 10 times funny
Love your mission to educate fitness fans on myths and misinformation. I sincerely hope your mental and physical recovery is proceeding smoothly - you are valued. Best wishes from Canada.
Thank you bro for such a wonderful and caring message, I appreciate all the support from you guys
As an Indian we don't claim that guy Daddy Noel 😅
Expecting any kind of nutrition tips from celebrity is like Judging a Fish by it's ability to climb the tree.
Was about to say that😅
It makes no sense, all the same shit is in paneer so of course you can digest it

It's cringe you said that, even more cringe that 15+ people think the same as you.

I just discovered that if you hold down the left mouse button on a video, it will speed up😲
Lots of people do that, but Noel’s voice and personality are just so soothing
Here to help my bros 🙏
I love that he's like "I own part of the company that makes this product, but you don't NEED our product to be healthy." Mad respect. Gonna start hitting the gym again here soon and will be using Ryse for my protein powder once I start going for mass.
Should use supplemented protein if you're struggling to hit your protein goals regardless of bulking or just going for health reasons. But only if you genuinely can't hit it with just a meal plan.
Well your quote is inaccurate to start with.
And does ANYONE actually use these supplements as their ONLY protein source??
So his disclaimer/advice is essentially meaningless.
These supplements were created for steroid users, whose artificial extra growth can only be fuelled by artificial extra food.
Not even what he said.
And you don't need artificial protein supplements if you aren't supporting artificial gains from PED's.
As an Indian I am apologising on behalf of the whole nation Daddy🤧

3 years? If you're taking one scoop of 30g every day, that means after 3 years, you walk arond with 32kg of extra wheyt. Impressive!
Sort of..
Weight training stimulates Muscle Protein Synthesis, which wants X amount of protein to be available, which you need to breakdown from food.
Getting 1g/lb/day and approximately 10 Calories/lb/day is difficult without supplements.
Food is good, food is more balanced and complete; But Whey Isolate delivers a big hit of easily digested protein.
Eat both.
@@peterpan408 why would you like 1g/lb per day, thats too much xD it isnt difficult to get protein, especially on bulk. On cut it is harder, but still pretty easy. I'm not saying whey protein is bad
@@szczampodwiatr 1g/lb/day is the bro-science rule of thumb. If you're getting less than 0.5g/lb/day.. buy life insurance now.
Bear in mind that this results in 20% to 40% of daily calories coming from protein. This is likely a reasonable amount for relatively inactive people.
If one goes super high protein, it can be 50% calories from protein 💪💪💪
Wheyt. Clever. 😄
@@peterpan408
I think whoosh is the term here.
Simple, straightforward, on-point. Definitely the best way to explain it I've ever seen 👍
I just wanted to say thank you Noel .You got me through stuff nobody else could help me with .I’ve become a amateur body builder ,and a amateur boxer .and I just got a job at only 14 .thank you Noel .
Honestly, it's a shame. I've trying to convince my friends to start wrking out, and because of these liars, they think it's unhealthy, while giving reasons like "too much protein is bad for you." I thankfully found science based youtubers such as Jeff nippard, Picture Fit and others to remove these ideas and convince my parents that it ain't all that bad. Indian bodybuilding has massive potential, as with such a large population, genetic gods are likely to find and begin bodybuilding, and I just hope that people like the one in the clip don't recieve attention. Than you for making the Vidoe Mr Noel!
I mean too much protein is bad, but is has to be pretty bad
I had issues when I was having like 3 grams per kg, while I was also pretty low on carbs and fat, think high protein foods without much else, low fat yogurts with no sugar, Chicken, Ham, Tuna, not to mention like 2 protein bars a day, for a while I couldn't work out what was giving me this super terrible rash that kept spreading all over my body, I was just like PROTEIN, I NEED TO GET STRONGER!
I would have been so better just bulking rather than smashing down tons of protein, my BMI was around 20, but I was already rather muscular, obviously very thin, but body dysmorpha made me think I was fat AF.
Now my BMI is like 24, I look BIG, but I still afraid of having too much protein, it was really not fun.
Yes too much protein is indeed bad, but! How much is too much? To be honest, diet habit outside western culture are far from daily intake for protein. Normal person (never working out) normally need 0.8 protein per bodyweight. That still a lot to cover when they only eat one plate of rice with one piece of chicken meat.
@@nineonine9082
No such thing as too much protein. Eat real food, real protein, and your body will tell you just how much is enough.
@@danthovict381
You need 2.2 grams per kilo for maintenance alone.
@@nineonine9082 3 grams per kg ?? Wtf , some pro bodybuilders don't even consume that amount , that's way way too much man , dial it down if you wanna save your kidneys . in my opinion , for a normal individual anything between 100 to 200 grams a day is easily sufficient and digesteable

Great video, and great advice. I really like how you addressed that protein shakes are a supplement and are not meant to replace meals. I personally take flavorless whey protein and add natural flavor myself by blending it with fruit slices.
Very informative, wholesome, and funny all in the same video! You're a big motivation for me, Noel! Keep it up :)
That dude is an Indian actor, and a disappointment to us Indians at that lmao, tis' unfortunate but those who are informed continue to push for proper information. Thanks for this video, this will spread awareness!
He is not a "disappointment" as such, His movies are actually good and he does movies to break Barriers in our Society. But Yes this was purely BS.
na dawg Ayushman does make good movies, just that his opinion here is shit, as is with all celebrity fitness
@@pokerangerblue5084true true

It's interesting how cheap whey used to be when it was only a byproduct that was discarded. Now suddenly the price has been jacked up because people actually want to use it.
Yep, I remember even back in 2018 optimum nutrition gold standard whey was somewhat affordable. Now look at the prices!!
Same as raw chicken and kfc
Simple, direct, and easy to digest! great short video🤣
Straight forward and simple information. 👍
I'd be interested to hear your take on whey vs all of the plant sources for protein shakes - I know that whey is the one that most people use, but for vegans and lactose intolerant people, plant-based sources are the only ones available.
Whey upsets my stomach so bad, but the plant protein powders are so gritty and unpleasant, there’s no way to win😢
I had tried a plant based protein for some time but I think the main con is that many plant based proteins contain remnants of pesticides. I switched to a whey protein with no flavor.
Protein farts stay in my jeans for 3 years

If it took 3 years to digest a scoop of whey protein I would have died from an obtructed digestive tract many years ago, because I have been taking like 4 scoops every day for years. My blood would be 99% whey at this point, lol.
The only bad thing about whey protein is how expensive it is where I live.
Just make sure it doesn't have Maltodextrin.
@@silverwolf6194what does that do?
