About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):
Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs - Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. But, you must be doing much more that we can't see in order to get such amazing results in the form of your beautiful feminine body? I can't seem to get "chizzled". So frustrating. I'm also working on better daily eating habits and more sleep. What the heck man! I'm thinking it's genetics? Ugh!
