    About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):
    Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs - Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. This led her down a path to discover a natural solution to her suffering instead of medication. After one of her first yoga experiences, Jacquelyn found that when she became present in her body the anxiety went away. The anxiety couldn’t survive in the present moment. After this pivotal moment, she realized she had the least anxiety when she had the most mind-body connection. This has inspired Jacquelyn’s work after her transformative breakthrough experience. Jacquelyn is passionate about educating people on the importance of stretching and how it builds a better, stronger relationship with their body and mind.

    I just found you a couple of weeks ago when I was struggling to find motivation in my strength training/weights routine. I have been doing your workouts every other day. I've found that I'm more challenged doing barre than weights, and I'm having to dig deep in these workouts just to finish out strong. This is the hardest workout of yours I've done yet! Omg! I'm dripping in sweat and my muscles are Jell-o!!!! I'm so so glad I've found you! I'm seeing muscle definition and my abs are stronger than they've ever been! 💪

    Love this overall - a very good medium level workout, but it did hurt my wrists. Any suggestions for putting less pressure on the wrists?

    felt the burn! Tell you what, doing any workout is challenging due to big toe fusion surgeries!!!!! You get creative or just get huge and I pick creative any day of the week, hour in the day, minute in the hour. How about you!?!? Had to change my way of changing decades long ideas of how to fatigue myself both mentally and physically. Was a dancer all my life and now you offer these great workouts with barre classes and instead of working out until injury would inevitably happen, I am reinventing myself. Always instilled a work out and take care of your body mindset to my daughter, and now she is in her 30's and I am in my 50's she send me links everyday of her Action Jacqueline work outs she did that day!!!!! The best thing a parent can do Ladies, is to plant that seed when they are young! Instead of showing them unhealthy ways to deal with the stress in unhealthy ways, work out with them!
    Thank you Jacquelyn for giving me a place to go to get the crap outta my head and into freedom.

    Had me hooked right at the start when you went up on tippy toes. Great feeling. Especially since I am about to go out for a run after several days of cold wet weather.

    Love it… thanks… I also can’t have shoes during my workouts… i like all exercises i can do barefoot, I guess to jogging on the street… jauja.. need them… but I don’t like jogging =)
