    Ok guys 6 different exercises in today's full body HIIT workout with weights. Grab those dumbbells and follow along. We have 4 rounds to get through so stay focused and stay strong!! Our HIIT workout today calls for 40 seconds of work and just 10 seconds of rest whoop whoop! It's going to be killer :D

    After doing many of Heather workouts I have to say this is probably my absolute favorite!! for several reasons...
    1- The blend of strength and cardio
    2- The high intensity/challenge that is quick but not so far that I don't want to repeat.
    3- The variety and challenge of full body movements giving everything a chance to work in a short time frame.
    4- 20 minutes perfect to pair with a run or walk/cardio.
    5 - The music. I especially love Stormy Weather, can you include more alternative songs in your mixes?
    6 - The fun factor, it's a fun confident boosting blend with enough repetition to improve your technique.
    Can you do more workouts like these, please please please?

    I did this workout for 20 days followed by 10 mins abs workout and i can see muscle definition in my entire body. Definitely a challenging workout.

    54 years old looking for an at home strength 💪🏽 training HIIT workout. This was PERFECT! My heart is pumping and I'm sweating. Had to take a few rests but I love the format.

    Mom of three kids and honestly most days I ONLY ever get 20 minutes, so this one is a game changer! I love how you keep it simple but effective. Many weeks I do this workout every day - but love the ability to use heavier dumbbells as my body adapts to keep up with the challenge without the need to change the workout! Genius!!! 🎉

    Just finished this one in my backyard! Ive been at a weight loss plateau for months and so I decided to give weighted hitts a try. DAMN I'm sweaty, definitely doing this again and again untill it no longer burns! Thanks for the video!

    Your workouts are perfect! I used to be in really good shape then I became a dental hygienist and chronic sitting and bad eating habits slowly took a toll on me. I have tried so many HIIT workouts and they were so intense I gave up halfway through. Your workouts are simple and not too intense that I want to give up. I made it the whole way through and am super sweaty. Slay on my friend!

    I've been doing T25 for months and completed the Gamma cycle 3 times. I thought I'd try something new today, so thought I'd try this, thinking it didn't look to hard...
    How wrong could I have been. What a killer of a workout. After the first round it was hitting me. I was so glad to see the words "Workout complete" at the end.
    If youre thinking of doing this workout, then do it. It's amazing.

    Absolutely love! The only part that is discouraging is the push ups. I WISH I had the strength to do them like you but I always have to drop to my knees.

      Im doing this tomorrow and just replacing with modified pushups...i always chuck in another exercise or modification that i can execute till my strength can do hers one properly

    That is my absolute favorite one! I've done this one like 12 times. I'm in week 7 of the 12 weeks but didn't have time for the full 30 minutes so I did this one instead. I will keep going back to this one when I need to!

    awesome workout! I love hiit workouts but sometimes they can be super repetitive and predictable, but your version is amazing! Love the added weights for some resistance and challenge!

    Only one suggestion: Don't use white on white, Makes it hard to read the numbers and letters. Great workout.
