Yep, those new stickers should make that bike "MOVE"! Lol!
The crankcase breather vent tube needs to be filtered as well, every time the piston goes up & down it blows and sucks in & out of that tube, if left open to the world like that, it will fill your engine with dirt & sand and self destruct motor

How's the buggy going? I believe that the problem is the carbs as they are CV carbs. Have you checked the diaphragm and the vacuum piston?

you know the oe thing tat I really like is give yourself an hour and you have a ton more power and speed ! How can you beat that ? It just seams to be the best way to enjoy your outside fun !
You telling me with just a bigger jet air pod and header you reached 47mph with the Governor still in it? What speed app are you using and how big is your rear sprocket? I’m currently building a Predator 212 Hemi and the mega moto 212 right now won’t hit 40 but I do have the factory sprocket on it 70T. What’s the speed app you’re using I want to check mine out with it. Thanks!

But you need breather tubes on the OHV,and one from the gas tank. It’s funny everyone who puts in stage 1 jets,air filters,timing advance keys....ets,they don’t realize you are loosing serious little gains that will keep ur engine protected and working consistently. You go to auto zone,and just get 1 foot or less of your gas line sized tube,and the stock OHV curve,”S” tube,and run a 5 inch piece on ur gas tank,and 3 inches on ur OHV . Then zip tie the breather filters,these are not gas,oil,or air filters. They are breathers so you don’t suck up any oil,dirt,water....etc. you have ur OHV wide open. It’s up to u,but for $15 bucks for 2 hoses,2 breathers and some zip ties,it’s a huge improvement. I mean the stock air filter shows you the connection. Just add braethers dude. The difference is night and day,especially with ur high torque converter,6* degree timing advance key,.0.37, or .37 carb jets and expulsion tube,u can even get breathers in sick colors,and some clear hoses or midnight blue,which just make it that much crazier to a ride.

Dude you are a genius by the way,for that governor bypass trick. But my build was a monster moto 79cc,covered to predator engine. Is it normal for it to take off insanely fast,but when I full tilt it for 2-4 seconds maybe,It feels like it’s bogging,and not riding right. It goes 0-32 in 4 seconds,then it’s all heavy vibrations. Not a good feeling. Any suggestions? And I also had to make a custom tensioner,because my minibikes frame is so small,I only can measure a #35 chain,and pray it doesn’t stretch to quick,so I know my chain is nice and tight,and my pmr engine mount and engine are flush,clutch lines up,chain....everything was fine after I did ur trick with the governor. Could it be when I put in my stage 1 jets and emulsion tube I messed it up? Because I have to drain my carbs bowl,everyday and it fills up to the top. Maybe get a new carb??? Anyway,I would appreciate any of ur suggestions. I don’t watch a lot of vids on conversion projects,but I love ur vids. Please help me. Lol

@@Germanfanatic I removed the governor, installed a .38 jet and pod air cleaner from go powers sports, made a custom exhaust header and I put on a 30 series cvt kit and replaced the 10 tooth with a 9 tooth drive sprocket for more off road power

You might want to put a helmet on, and slow down in the neighborhood. People aren't looking for a mini bike moving that fast. Easy way to scramble your eggs and be welding your next project, a wheel chair.
DASON STALNAKER I agree the speed isn't a safety factor, it's other people not seeing him at speeds faster than what they are used to seeing things move in their neighborhood.
little known fact: Performance inlet filters give you a 50bhp increase.
