While working with FBI, I was advised of a black pickup truck speeding 45mph in a 30mph on McCain Blvd near Lockridge. I
located the vehicle leaving the Walgreens parking lot on McCain Blvd and North Hills Blvd. I attempted to stop the vehicle for
the speeding infraction, when the vehicle failed to stop and began speeding away at a high rate of speed. The vehicle traveled
Southbound on South Fairway Ave. from McCain Blvd. before traveling Northbound on North Hills. The vehicle ran a stop light
at North Hills and McCain Blvd before traveling West on McCain Blvd. The vehicle attempted to turn Northbound on Greenway
Dr. from McCain Blvd, before loosing a tire and coming to stop. The driver exited the vehicle and surrendered to Law
Enforcement at that time without further incident. The tire that came off the vehicle went through a residential fence at 1821
McCain Blvd, causing damage. After searching the vehicle, a misc. amount of weed was located behind the driver seat inside
the vehicle.
The owner of the residence (Johnson) was notified of the incident.

That and the big wheels didn't really help either. I can't understand, for the life of me, why people like putting those on their cars/trucks. It looks stupid and ruins your ride quality as well. Then you add a cheap lift kit onto it, and it just makes zero sense.

When I saw the lift kit I was kinda like that's not good for a getaway. Little did i think i was right. That truck was not built for offroading.
That truck was build to make it look like it was for off roading, see what happen to the right front tire when did actually go off roading.
