- In this video I show y'all how to make easy bake BBQ chicken tenders. Chicken breast tenders breaded in Panko bread crumbs, doused in your favorite brown sugar BBQ sauce then baked in the oven for an easy crispy, sweet and tangy dish in under 30 minutes. Served with a mayo and ketchup dipping sauce.
Shopping List:
1 lb. chicken breast tenders cut in half
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
2 eggs + 2 tbsp water, beaten
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 each of mayo and ketchup for dipping sauce
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
Non-stick spray.
Green onion chives for garnish.
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
Cut each chicken tender in half.
Add the flour then the chicken to a zip-lock baggie and shake to coat. Pat each piece of excess flour.
In one bowl, add the eggs and water. Beat to combine.
In another bowl add the Panko bread crumbs.
Dredge the flour coated chicken in the egg/water mixture then into the bread crumbs.
Lightly spray a baking pan with non-stick spray and add the chicken tenders.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
In a sauce pan add the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, lime juice and garlic powder. Mix and bring to a bowl. Transfer to a bowl then dredge the cooked chicken in the sauce.
Garnish with chives and serve with mayo-ketchup dipping sauce.

Hello Theresa, if you make this recipe & if it is available, you want to use bbq sauce brand "sweet baby rays original bbq sauce", here it is only $ 1.00 for a 12 ounce bottle & is one of the best bbq sauces you will eat, i can't believe the price. God bless you & Ashes, little miss creepypasta, lol

Thanks as always Richard keep up the good work :)
Great! Glad you enjoyed it. I’ll add your request to my list. I’ll do my best to do it this weekend. Thanks so much for watching.
Have you tried to make it? If so, what ingredients have you tried?
@@RICHARDINTHEKITCHEN I’ve tried American cheese and pickled jalapeño brine (looked on Reddit) but nothing comes close!
Okay. There's a few things I do that may be what you're looking for. In the meantime, see the link below for a copycat Chiles chili cheese sauce. It's wonderful! czcams.com/video/ABCIkFEpdsA/video.html
Hey Matt. Just following up on your request for the Taco Bell cheese sauce. I will be posting the video tomorrow. Thanks again!
Richard my good friend, great recipe, i saw the neck of the bottle of bbq sauce & i'm pretty sure it the same as our fave, sweet baby ray's, we usually buy the original , but sometimes the hickory flavored for pork, & here the price is unreal , 12 ounce bottle for $ 1.00, i can't make it that good & that inexpensive. It is really good. btw, i saw no bait clicks so far, i'll let you know if i do.
Thanks Steve. Yes it sweet baby rays original. This was really good. A must do again. I cut the tenders in half for smaller portions. I nearly ate the whole pound. Lol
Oh and yeah. No “soliciting tonight. Lol. So far!
@@RICHARDINTHEKITCHEN best bbq sauce at the grocer, pricd so low it is unreal
@@RICHARDINTHEKITCHEN so far, lol
Yup
Add an extra step. Pop it in the air fryer. 😁
Good idea. Thanks for watching.
If your bbq sauce was any good you wouldn't need to season it more. There are brands out there way better than that Sweet Baby Ray's you've been using. Start looking, try something new! I find the bbq championship cookoffs are a good place to get info on the latest.
Good tip. Thanks
