BAKED BARBECUE CHICKEN RECIPE
2 pounds boneless chicken breast
1/4 cup avocado oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup barbeque sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Preheat oven to 400º F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place chicken between two pieces of plastic wrap or parchment paper and gently pound out the thicker side of the chicken until the breast is even in thickness.
Combine all ingredients, except for chicken in a large bowl and whisk well.
Place chicken in the FoodSaver Preserve & Marinate Containers and pour the marinade over the top. Use the handheld sealer to marinate the chicken in just 12 minutes.*
Place marinated chicken on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush both sides with bbq sauce.

Lol. My thoughts exactly. I've been cooking baked chicken the same few ways, some of my kids saying that they don't even want to eat chicken anymore.
Never thought of stuffed sweet potato. I microwave my SP for 7 minutes (depending on size) turning halfway...poke with fork and run under faucet before wrapping in wax paper to go in micro. Always come out great.

I cook my sweet potatoes in the crockpot on low for about 6 hours. The are delicious! I wrap them in aluminum foil.

As seen when the chicken is cut into at the end, the vacuum marinade container didn’t get the marinade into the meat. It’s still just in top.

I have tried chicken breasts so many ways and always find them to be dry. I only use boneless skinless thighs and they are always so juicy and full of flavor. I substitute thighs for most recipes that call for breasts and they come delicious!
I love chicken thighs too BUT it is possible to make juicy chicken breast - and then they are super good!

Don't you find that anytime you use an acid whether it is vinegar, lemon, lime etc.. that it ends up cooking your protein. I always end up with a mealy protein or it's cooked. It's kind-of gross. What do I do wrong?
In this case, the meat only marinated for 12 minutes so it wasn't a problem. But, you can always reduce the ratio of the acid to the rest of the ingredienets.

Here is another tip for the food saver...Don't buy the brand name food saver bags they're a rip off. You can buy whole rolls of the base bag material far cheaper all over the internet and make it to whatever length you want using the seal function.

Ive heard that chicken has high levels of arsenic. Like its present in their bodies and it gets absorbed. Most ppl arent aware of this. That is why I don't eat chicken.
It also has lots of antibiotics, which accelerates antibiotic resistance to the bacteria in our body
