Looks so good! I just made a flour seasoning of onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika. I didn't have any buttermilk, but I just used some milk, and 3 whisked eggs and some hot sauce.

I think I will give this a try this weekend. I know sometimes you will do a copycat recipe, so I’m going to ask if you would try to replicate Chester’s fried chicken. Is my favorite and I can only find 1 recipe that did a copycat of it. After reading the recipe, I’m not having a lot of hope in it. Love watching your videos, I have many of your recipes.
