- The plaintiff says she and the defendant were good friends, but she says the defendant recently changed and started to hang out with drug dealers. The plaintiff gave her former friend money as a personal loan, but she never paid it back, so the plaintiff is suing for the unpaid balance. The defendant says she had to distance herself from the plaintiff because she likes to party, but the defendant needs to stay home and be with her children. The defendant claims the plaintiff broke her window and is countersuing for harassment and property damage.

I don’t think the defendant is on drugs. JM was too quick to jump to that conclusion. The other lady is the one breaking windows and acting a fool 4am to the point the police took her to jail. I detect some truth in the plaintiff's claims that she's hanging with drug addicts. If that's true, she may not yet be an addict, but she's on the road. There's something here that's not feeling right. The defendant has a full plate with her children's care, and I'm concerned for them. That's a lot of stress for the defendant that could possibly be driving her toward drugs. I really hope the plaintiff is making all this up.
