- The plaintiff says she was friends with the defendant, who she now says is rude and violent. She claims the defendant threw bleach in her face and she ended up in the hospital, so she’s suing. The defendant alleges the plaintiff brought over several people to fight her, so she was acting in self-defense. She’s countersuing for property damage, harassment, and emotional distress.

What the hell could ever make a person think that it is okay to physically attack someone just because you don't like something they said or done? How does Judge Mathis figure everyone knows someone who they know sells drugs? If someone were to ask me where they can go buy some coke, ecstasy or even marijuana I wouldn’t be able to give them a definite name of a seller. I have never lived anywhere where people openly deal drugs in public. So there have been people over the years who I heard secondhand do this but I haven’t seen them sell it. The best I could do is tell you someone I know who uses it.

But the plaintiff is also messy & most certainly showed the other woman the defendant’s apartment. The plaintiff herself stated that the woman was waiting in the lobby. She did not find herself at the defendants apartment until the plaintiff got involved, but rather remained in the lobby. & Why did she take it upon herself to call the defendant about a matter that did not concern her one bit? They both participated in their buffoonery.

The plantiff was the guitly one! She had a cup in her hand and two men to go after th defendant. Th defendents neighbor warned her before she got home. When she was near her apartment the two men were at one place and the plantiff had cup in her hand and defendant hit it , hence her getting bleach on her and the plantiff getting some in her face. One man threw the fire ex. towards her and did the damage you saw in the pictures. The defendents neighbors gave statements that the plantiff was the culprit.
