There isn't enough jails to lock up all the lost youths running wild with guns in this country. It's shortsighted to think this is a problem only blue cities/states have created and must deal with. If you haven't been paying attention, it's not just black youths but white, hispanic, and even some Asian ones too. I don't think it will go down in court like that, just simple robbery and maybe accidental manslaughter, they didn't intend to kill her, the DA will not try to get a conviction on the driver for homicide, others will not get charged, just the driver.
