- The plaintiff says she and her cousin started fighting over a lighter, and the fight escalated to the point where the defendant attacked her, and the plaintiff used Mace in defense. The plaintiff claims the defendant falsely accused her of vandalizing her car, and the defendant vandalized the plaintiff’s car in retribution. The plaintiff is suing her cousin for car damage, harassment, and defamation. The defendant insists the plaintiff tried to run her over with a car, and she is countersuing for car damages and harassment.

Some girls went to fight this girl at her house & she got in the car and ran them all over in a large suv. Everyone knew she wasn’t a fighter. They were pinned underneath & almost died. The girl didn’t get any serious charges because they came to her home with the intention to fight. Sometimes it pays to leave people alone 😅

They both got into a petty argument about a lighter.
Neither one of them could let it go, so the cousin contacted her bf about some messiness. Could've been true, could've been a lie.
But the point was that she was trying to break up her and her boyfriend. Then once she did that they started talking ish back and forth. One wanted to argue, the other wanted to fight.
Then they damaged each other's cars. Who knows who did it 1st?
And then that's when the fight became real.
Notice the only sensible person in the story, the plaintiff's boyfriend, told her to leave it alone, but she needed her drama fix for the week and continued.
And now the whole family is involved in their pettiness that is escalating.
Seen it more times than I'd like to admit.

The defendant is all over the place with her stories which make absolutely no sense. She went to see the girls mom, but said she knew the mom wasn't back from work yet. Then she has her bf recording her "getting out of the car, but said she never got out of the car.." And she had her baby in the car knowing it's not a good situation regardless.
