She almost lost the case by not being able to articulate what was the reason the bank gave for the transaction being fraudulent. Once the defendant started talking, it became clear the plaintiff left out pertinent information.

Wow, she should have brought the guy too to sue as well, cause he knew what he was doing when he offered the money to the friend… he gave her the money through the other’s account from his, waited a day or so, and reported his stuff stolen so he could get the money back that he gave… he made it look like she found his information and used it to get money, but what person in their right mind would do that, if they have an account there as well… surely it would have been noticed, and he wants to get the money back that he gave the girl for an apartment 🤦🏾♀️😳🤭😬

A lesson learned: leave the xfered money for at least 48 hours before withdrawal.
Most banks wouldn't let u withdraw the cheque until 48 hrs. If you pull out any money and give it to anyone it will be your money you'll be losing twice once they find out the cheque is fraudulent.
