- The plaintiff says her daughter used to be friends with the defendant. However, after the plaintiff had surgery and needed her daughter’s attention, the defendant became jealous, angry, and possessive. He even called her, said mean things, and told the plaintiff that her daughter relapsed. She’s suing the defendant for an unpaid loan and harassment. The defendant admits he called the plaintiff to check on her, but he insists he only called to help her and her daughter. The defendant is countersuing for harassment.

I completely understand that's a natural response. The defendant is a user and a bully; the only reason why he felt comfortable with saying the things he was saying is because he felt entitled and that there was no one in the plaintiff's inner circle that had given him any reason to be scared. Had there been a son or another male figure there to support the plaintiff in the courtroom I doubt very likely that the defendant would have felt confident enough at the end to approach them. ⚖
Can't believe how shameless the defendent was. Unless he was high throughout the hearing then his behaviour make perfect sense.
Plantiff if you're reading this.....I suggest you get a restraining order against his ass. Change your number as well...he is a straight up crazy neighbor that you see in those horror movies!

Based on the court case It was obvious the defendant was about disrespectful foolery and more quicker initiative should have been shown by both Doyle and maybe the staff itself to prevent the defendant from getting as close as he did. The plaintiff's daughter showed great restraint by not engaging nor getting physical with the defendant. Anybody else might have pushed the defendant or done even worse for getting in their face. ⚖
