- The plaintiff in today’s case says her husband has four children with the defendant, and claims the defendant called CPS on them. The plaintiff also says she filed a restraining order, and is now suing for defamation. The defendant says she left the plaintiff’s husband because he was abusive, and the plaintiff actually called CPS on her.

I know of my bio father. he never paid child support and I can count on 1 hand the amount of times I remember visiting with him. my mom and I moved away with my step dad and he never came looking for me. my step dad raised me as his own. we never had to deal with visitation, custody battles. when I was about 13 years old I found out my bio father had 5 other kids from 4 different women. he had 2 marriages and 1 divorce under his belt. I'm over here thanking God I didn't grow up in that mess. my mom and dad have been married for over 20 years. my step dad walked me down the aisle and is a wonderful grandfather to my little girl.
