Dude still has great muscle density even at 61 years of age.
Muscle memory at play I bet.
@@Gursers14 absolutely. Man has been training for a span of 5 decades. Dorian will always be my fav bodybuilder
It’s called myofribrillar density strong muscles that stay like a construction worker or carpenter with big forearms.
I worked during the pandemic and barely ate 800-1500 calories a day eating ramen and still stayed at 180-190lbs never lost muscle cuz of years of building since I was 14-15.
@@MindfulBodybuilding myofribillar principles are heavily underutilized. Everyone is too fixated on loads of volume and reps. While there may be times where that’s acceptable but I’ve had much better success with low reps good technique and high intensity.
Always lifted very heavy..and is generically gifted
I remember Callum Von Moger saying 'If you're going to commit to serious steroids, you better either be looking to win a competition, or buy a house out of it'.
Or in Callum’s case, a nice, big XXL bucket of Methamphetamine.
Dorian's huge back is legendary!!
Dorian Yates 👍 real 💯
That doctor straight up said wealth is health 🤣
This man set the new standard in bodybuilding
Did anyone notice that Tren is in the middle of S-Tren-gth.
😅🎉
seems pretty sane to me

Trenbolone is legendary. - Dorian Yates

Insane in the Brain
He's still very thick .. he's looks great
He is probably still o n TRT.
Yeh right
Every job has risks, including body building.
Coleman should have had Yates doctor and advice, he’d prob still have an intact spine
You
I thought Dorian's training partner has a high blood pressure.
What is insane?
Sounds like, solid advice, except, the doc, should have done more comprehensive test, and took into account, that Dorian, was a fkn mass monster, the blood pressure, will be elevated .
Dude, you skipped grammar class or so?
whenever you lift weights your blood pressure goes up
@@trinihammer Pro Bodybuilders often have permanent high blood pressure due to their mass
@@adtjtjdjsj permanent high blood pressure ???????????? then that will explain why so many of them are dying from heart attacks. high blood pressure leads to heart attacks and strokes.
I think the doctor did a good job cause that was dorians money he was warning dont do it long but yk you gotta do what you gotta do
😂
If you look at the guys like him Arnold Ronnie Jay lee they knew what they were doing compared to the new generation? Because they are still alive?
Not sure Ronnie knew exactly what he was doing, he just took what his coach told him to and it nearly cost him his life on at least one occasion.
@@tumbleweedconnection7906 that's why he's the goat.
@@tumbleweedconnection7906 bro he was 10000% aware of what he was doing. You don't become the GOAT without destroying your body.
Ronnie obviously didn't know too well what he was doing. But Dorian n Arnold n Haney were Smart. Jay too💯
I listened to Ronnie talking about his steroid usage and he had no clue what he was doing.
Muppet
