Thoughts crossed my mind was like: "you fckin kidding me. One of my biggest idols, bodybuilding legend, Mr Olympia its just few meters away?? OMG! Very informative, honest interview. How he talks about setting goals, working w intensity and how you need to balance the parts of your life and training really hit a nerve w me. The detail of the explanations of why and how his methods work. First time I’ve ever heard Dorian and I was amazed by his knowledge thru experience and what a down to earth guy he is. Thank you.

The key to training is to train smart so that when you get older you can still walk and won't need knee replacements among many other things. Focus, isolation, and slow movements with lighter weight will accomplish the same things as training hard with super heavy weight and it's much safer. Remember, your muscles can't distinguish the amount of weight or reps if you train properly.
