  • In this video I get coached by the one and only 6 x Mr Olympia winner Dorian Yates. I've always been a fan of his physique & training intensity, but after listening to his podcast interviews over the years I've learnt there's a whole lot more to the man.

    - one request- mike pls have ur camera person do "full" shots so we can all see the form and technique from start to finish of a rep. These close ups don't allow us to really see exactly how all the movements are done. And when DY says ur form "is good," we want to see fully what he's talking about. That would really make this a perfect training video. Thanks from LA!

Great insight, enjoyed the simple breakdown of the moves , def going to take this to the gym. One minor issue, would've been great if there were more distant camera shots than close ups, eg the deadlift and raises to see how the full body should be positioned for technique
