I always hesitate to share my favorite because they are all so special in their own way. But to me, Frida has always been the one I have gravitated towards when it comes to Abba. She always looked like she was having a great time on stage & her solo album "Something's Going On" is still by far my favorite album of all solo projects.
Something is going on and shine are two grates works of Frida!!!!!
How did I know that Frida would be the one to get the biggest kick out of Voyage? I bet she has the time of her life!
I think it was because Frida loved performing and did express wanting to get back together during the 2000s and 2010s I wonder if she gets a friends & family discount haha

I was at Voyage last April, can't imagine how I would feel if I seen her waving from the balcony!!, I think the 12 Yr old girl in me would give me a great big hug and say Thank you for bringing me ❤

This brings to mind the only time I saw a member of ABBA. I was in Stockholm in the mid 70's and one day on the Stockholm underground Agnetha was sitting opposite me in the carriage. She was extremely smartly dressed and elegent. Oh, memories!

What I love so much about Frida is she has always seemed to love ABBA as much as all of us who are fans and love the four of them. At the height of ABBA’s success in the 70s and 80s Frida always seemed to thrive when performing live, in videos, during the numerous TV appearances and promotional spots. She seemed to love being in ABBA as much as we the fans loved the band. And even after ABBA split, particularly the past 20 years or so, anytime she would be asked about an ABBA reunion she always expressed how she would be open to that and I cannot ever remember her saying that it could never happen, like Bjorn and Benny had said many many times. So, I am so happy to see how she seems to be totally loving the incredible reaction worldwide to this new phase in the ABBA story and her attendance once again at the Voyage show in London and the way she was beaming and taking in the mutual love from the others in the arena who enjoyed the amazing show just like she did really warms my heart and reinforces my love of Frida and ABBA. I’ve seen Voyage in London last year in June and seeing the video with Frida in the arena is making me want to fly across the pond again to see Voyage again. Thank you Bobby’s Bro for posting this.
Hej, thank you for these very nice words and thoughts about Frida and ABBA. Yes, Frida seems to be a big ABBA fan herself! She was always open to reunite. It was eventually in 2010, at the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame induction, that she uttered the words (with Benny standing behind her), that it’s too late for an ABBA reunion now. There was something remorse in her voice. I’m sure she still hoped for that reunion in her heart. I’m so happy it was *not* too late for them to reunite. And I’m also happy to read that you’ve been to London last summer and made it to Voyage! Thanks for the comment.

I have been following your channel, and it feels rejuvenating every time, especially considering that you already belong to the millennial generation. I always feel nostalgia, having experienced the popularity of ABBA myself back in the day. Now, with the aid of technology, they are back and complete - becoming immortal! Hearing fresh news about ABBA every now and then is really good, and we remain hopeful they can still be around with us for a while. That's why every bit and piece of the life they share with us is something we can truly treasure. I just shared your channel with my sister living in another country; ABBA is her generation. If my mom were only alive, she would order me to put the volume of our cassette recorder in 'full blast' every time Fernando is played on the radio during those ABBA years…I also miss her every time that I hear that song. I am my my desktop watching your channel when you posted the latest about Frida….keep up the good work you are doing for ABBA and their fans all over the world. I already told my wife we need to book a ticket to London and also we need to see Sweden and the ABBa museum one day. I really we can save some money to do it sometime in the future! ♥️😎🙏👍🏼

Can anyone explain why I smile and cry at the same time when I watch this? The only thing I want is for Frida to be healthy. To see her enjoy the show is heartwarming and I wonder what emotions go through her mind as she not only enjoys the show but watches thousands of others enjoy it as well.

Frida is my favorite member of the band. I sent some stuff to her in Switzerland last year and she signed her solo album and a photo. She is wonderful and with a warmth and class to her. Also the one with the most difficult life but yet she still holds it together with the class we all love.

@@igor_79845 it was an address on Star Tiger… but the best bet is to write to polar music straight to their manager and write a nice letter with your enclosures and put about $20 postage and you’ll hear from them in a few months
@@trishcocking she recently moved, but still in Switzerland. I wrote to the old address, but somehow it got forwarded. I don’t know the exact address now. I don’t want to give you an address that might be outdated and they won’t forward the address.

It's quite a big theatre arena not easy to spot anyone unless you know roughly where they are sitting!
Yes I'm surprised too she wasnt noticed ...it's not that big a venue and I could see everyone around me on my night especially when the lights were super trouper bright .also she was bang in the middle on that raised balcony in the centre ....or perhaps she just crept in towards the end .🤔😣🤔

Im a ABBAfan since I was 10 at 1980.I really admire the four of them but if I would get the chance to choose to meet only one of them to chat with I would choose Frida.Shes the most intresting person from them four for me.Shes been through a l o t since childhood and always smiles and doesnt give up and very honest to.

Friends of mine were there the day before… hence they missed it.. but to see Frida back another time is heartwarming. I guess maybe because she’s really out the business unlike the other three having their businesses running with BAO projects or some solo stuff. So Frida seems more free to do whatever she wishes to. Just a guess. And her partner is British so maybe there are other reasons to come to London anyway so it’s easy to combine with a Voyage visit.. another guess
I think the fact her partner is British is the biggest factor. She has stronger ties to the UK than the rest of them

I still remember seeing them live in early 75 in Bremen on their 1st german tour. I was a kid accompanied by my godfather. She had such an overwhelming beautiful smile and projected so much warmth. I was mesmerized. And my 1st crush was cute teddybear Benny. I'll never forget that concert

Frida: It's one thing to be on stage, doing something that you master, which I feel that I do now. That's tremendously wonderful. There's nothing like it. You let your hair down, and you can be whatever you want to be...hear I am, and I'm going to show you. You know, what I mean? You put your heart and soul into it, It's fantastic to give it all at that moment. And since you love it so much, you give it 100%.
The Swedish media knew Frida well before ABBA, when she was on the stages all over Sweden/Scandinavia and Finland and on TV shows.
Before ABBA Frida did an enormous amount of LIVE performance, starting in the 50's.
She also known for her talent hunt success and her association with Sweden's top tier music talent.

Feb 17 is a very good day because it’s the day before my birthday. That’s why they picked it to visit.
I'm off to London tonight and will see Voyage for my first time on Thursday night! I imagine I'll feel as excited as my 11 year-old self after I bought the Voulez-Vous album for my first ABBA purchase in the summer of 1979. I'm holding out for Agnetha showing up incognito - "like a little mouse, sitting in the corner" - as she herself said she might do, in her Guardian interview a few months ago.
Bless you, may Agnetha be with you, if only in spirit or as a mouse. And have a most wonderful time, and safe travels!

Summer 1979.VV was my 2nd Abba album.By late 1979 i was an addicted victim of their charm.I ended up buying all of their available discography and in late autumn 1979 i first time heard their new single that suddenly dropped on the radio.'Gimme gimme gimme" I Got fired up!I nearly fainted.
