Good interview. He gets more out of her than many, and provides a better understanding of the decisions she's made since the ABBA days. Essentially, she is just a talented, beautiful, but otherwise ordinary person who is a bit anxious and insecure, and just wants to spend time with her family, which was impossible in the midst of international super stardom. So she stopped doing it.

I'm seeing her in her own light, and this is so nice. She has always been a striking face, and the spectacular voice, but to see the genuine person makes her so real, and accessible... Also, I don't speak Swedish, and see no subtitles, but I learned so much by the tone and confidence she displays in her speech and reactions. Sometimes seeing a person speak in their own language can tell you more about them -- even when I don't understand the words -- than hearing them talk in a 2nd language I speak.
She´s such an icon, you can tell people get nervous around her. In this interview, the whole room gets tense and silent in her presence. Must be difficult for her to have that status, almost like royalty.

Just to correct a little. The Norwwegian guy, as we say in Norway, speak "Svorsk" That means speaking Norwegian putting in some swedish words so its easier for the swede to understand. Thats the little secret to get a smooth conversation between a Norwegian and a Swede. Its not many words but some. There is a danish woman there too making it all more difficult but it seems it went well here. Often both swedes and Norwegians must concentrate hard to understand a Dane speaking :)

When I had a St. John's Ambulance Camp in January 1976 at Lake Leschenaultia in Western Australia, my parents made or bought a tape of ABBA to play on the way home and I was singing along in the back seat of the car, In Raptures. I loved the Music and the Ladies! Agnetha was my Favourite because I have a very High Voice Frequency as measured by a Speech Test. I used to embarrass some of the Ladies at Church Singing Choruses back then. Thank you for the Memories Agnetha.

Good observation! She does it in the video of "The Day Before You Came" when she is on the train smiling at the man reading the newspaper.
It's really nice to see and hear from Agnetha again after so many years! Such a wonderful singer, and she appears as a warm and humble person too. :) My favourite vocal performance of hers is ABBA's song The Winner Takes It All from 1980. I shall go and check out this new album "A" (which I was unaware of before).
