    Green Smoothie Recipe Makes 2 servings
    2 large hand fulls of spinach to full blender
    2 bananas
    2 handfuls of blueberries
    6 strawberries
    1 container of zero sugar vanilla yogurt
    1 cup no sugar soy mild
    blend and enjoy!

    Tips for everyone doing smoothies, we all crave a sweet treat for a snack, I would limit the protein shakes to drink 1 a day to meet your goals. Making homemade Naked smoothies have helped me carve my sweet tooth, the fruits give it natural sweetness & the vegetables has nutrients that we need to intake in our bodies. I highly recommend buying just a regular protein powder whether if it’s vanilla or chocolate it goes with any fruit smoothie or any protein powder that has a fruit or a fruit dessert protein powder make sure it’s a flavor that u can use to many recipes. I use the basic ones for my fruit smoothies, talking bout milk, milk is another good source of protein don’t use that regular white milk those are not gains, try using Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk or Unsweetened Vanilla OatMilk. The difference is u getting iron that’s gon keep u full of energy coming from the almonds, the oatmilk is has protein carbs & fiber.

      This is perfect for a morning breakfast, i recommend trying to eat whole foods like red meat, chicken, rice (or other whole food carbs) and a veggie for your lunch and dinner and try to have snacks that are also whole (eggs, nuts, veggies etc) high protein low card protein powders/foods are very good for losing weight

      Soy milk has 8grams of protein per serving while almond milk has none. If you are opposed to soy milk another option is pea based milk which has 8grams as well. A good brand is Ripple check it out on Amazon amzn.to/467yZ3E another alternative if just love almond milk would be to add plant based protein powder to the smoothies like this one from Orgain on amazon amzn.to/465b1G1 plant protein powders typically use pea protein with a combination of other plant like chia or hemp ad

      Yes you can, but I don’t save smoothies more than one day. Add lemon juice to keep the color and freshness

      There is only 70-100 calories in a banana. Blending it does not change the calorie count. Eating one banana in any form does not make you gain weight. But consistently over eating more calories than your body burns off in a day will make you gain weight
