I think what Sutton is trying to say that English teams in the Champions league are performing below par in relation to their budget, but that is never picked up on. Celtic on the other hand perform well in Europe relative to their budget, but they are seen as under-performing

All Durham does every day is be controversial for the sake of it and when someone voices a different opinion he fades them out, talks over them and then cuts them off and says their opinion is irrelevant and wrong when in a lot of cases he knows himself it's true. Both very uncool and uncharismatic. Not really a fan of Sutton comes across arrogant and condescending. Whereas Durham is also cantankerous but can have his funny and interesting moments. But in this case Sutton tried to play it cool, but came across as a silly frustrated man especially when he did that fake laugh. This put me off both of them....
