TLDR: I finished this in tears, and it is officially my new favorite. It confirms my new mentality: strength, both mentally and physically, means far more than the way I look. As a new comer to this channel as of July 3rd 2023 I did this particular work out today July 7th for the first time using 8 pounds dumbells. I was able to complete it but man my arms were like noodles for a few hours after. I was dripping in sweat as we neared the end and it took of every ounce of will power i possessed to complete it. Can't wait to go at another one tomorrow

Congratulations to me for taking a 10 pound dumbbell at the end of the video cuz I realized I’m ready( I used an 8 pound before) and I found my self adding a foot raise of the opposite hand on my last exercise which was even more exciting to add a challenge to my self. Thank u so much for talking through the videos even though I know it’s hard for u but ur so amazing and u talking and encouraging helps so much. I share ur videos all the time with my friends
Like many people I found this channel over Covid and used fitness as a way to improve my mental health. Over 3 years later in working out near every day and have even gone from using 3 to 8 pound weights to using 10 to 15 pound weights!

Loved this! It really does work out the entire body. I enjoyed it so much, I did it twice!! Hoping it doesn’t stop me from walking down the stairs like one of the other full body ones, those hammies were tiiiiiight 😂
