    I love your style of workout instruction. You are calm, relaxed, and say just enough so we know what we are doing. This is the style I need! I get so overwhelmed by instructors who scream and shout. Thank you for what you do! You're a total pro!

    I am almost 2 months post-op (pre-cancerous skin removal) and this took me 45 minutes to complete with some modifications but I did it!! Feels good to be back 😊

      My first day. I'm 68 and finding burpees and lunges a challenge. It's encouraging seeing that others are taking their time and building up. I have hope!

    The first half of this year was the hardest for my body. My eating disorder took over, and because of that, I lost all strength and ability to do most things. I powered as hard as i could through these workouts but neglected not only myself but my form, too. I finally got my weight back to a healthy point, I am stronger than ever and decided to revisit this with the body and mindset i have today as opposed to 5 months ago when this video dropped. TLDR: I finished this in tears, and it is officially my new favorite. It confirms my new mentality: strength, both mentally and physically, means far more than the way I look. Thanks so much for being part of my health journey, and thanks for bringing us along with you through yours, Maddie. 10 out 10 woman, trainer, and workouts.

      I’m on the road to my pain being gone…started working out with her videos in January and my foot pain, back pain and constant sluggish feeling is nearly gone… ❤

    As a new comer to this channel as of July 3rd 2023 I did this particular work out today July 7th for the first time using 8 pounds dumbells. I was able to complete it but man my arms were like noodles for a few hours after. I was dripping in sweat as we neared the end and it took of every ounce of will power i possessed to complete it. Can't wait to go at another one tomorrow

    One of many best videos of urs. Congratulations to me for taking a 10 pound dumbbell at the end of the video cuz I realized I’m ready( I used an 8 pound before) and I found my self adding a foot raise of the opposite hand on my last exercise which was even more exciting to add a challenge to my self. Thank u so much for talking through the videos even though I know it’s hard for u but ur so amazing and u talking and encouraging helps so much. I share ur videos all the time with my friends

    Like many people I found this channel over Covid and used fitness as a way to improve my mental health. Over 3 years later in working out near every day and have even gone from using 3 to 8 pound weights to using 10 to 15 pound weights!

    Only 20 minutes but still breaking a sweat. I like that you really have to be attentive to form in these workouts. It helps me build strength the right way, and makes the workouts more challenging!
