    As a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor sometimes it’s nice to not need to plan your own at home workout. I have a playlist of my favorite of your videos and rotate through what specific exercises I want daily. Thank you for such great content.

    I appreciate the speed at which you go through the moves. So many other fitness people will plow through the movements but your slower, mindful approach helps to really feel the exercises. So thankful for you!

    I was shocked this was 20 minutes! It flew by so quickly I couldn’t believe it was over!! This was a perfect video for me today, challenging but not too hard and with a lot of fun new moves to work my whole body.

    I like this format. Simple enough movement so that it is easier to maintain the form but challenging enough that it makes you sweat. My new favourite. Thank you so much.

    I love those short workouts to stay consistent❤. Sometimes I find it a little difficult to do the exercises with control when combining different movements in one exercise.

    Loved this one!! Sweaty but also lots of strength training! My heart rate stayed between fat burning and cardio the whole time.

    Another great workout! It was hard, but I finished it. The fact that you were pushing yourself pushed me. I laughed out loud when you said you were going to keep a lighter set on hand, 20lbs. 😂😂

    Maddie your workouts are awesome! I would love if you could create a multi-movement type of video (ex: squats into shoulder press). Love the full body but it would be great to have some type of full body movement workouts that also have a HIIT feel to them. Thanks!!

    the videos are so good, that me and my husband have been exercising together for the last 4 months. We have lost weight and feel comfortable with our progress.
