LOVE your short full body stretch. I've tried the 15 mins & 5 min ones. Now trying this 12 min stretch. Also, I find it really helpful when you narrate the movement. Like when you move to the other side or change position. So I don't have to look a the video as much and can focus on the movement.

3rd attempt I made it though about 9 minutes, healing from a severe nutritional deficiency still, along with pretty severe fibromyalgia.
Those of you who can do this routine, be grateful. I'll get there but no way can I get through this, not yet. Im aiming for next week

I feel the same. I would say 10 to 15 minutes of stretching is just right. Also, I appreciate how Maddie's stretches are complete stretching that work on the whole body.
I love this routine. 12 minutes is the perfect length - it can always fit into the day. It would be great to have a fresh one to mix it up.

I really love that you have straight forward short stretch videos that I can add into my day. Sometimes I do the 5 min videos, other times the 12-20 but always it's a great stretch and I have shared your videos with others. It's a huge improvement in how I feel when I have been doing these consistently.

I did this before school whenever I had sport, and I had noticed big improvements. Highly recommend
It literally feels like I have a new body and spine after I do this stretch. If you have chronic back pain this is a great stretch to do every day. It’s a little intense lol but it’s good stuff ✨.

My daily workout routines consists of Madfits workouts I always start with the 5 min warm up, then I pick a work out for the day (upper body, full body, lower, core), hit the treadmill after if I have time, and end it with this 12 min full body stretch. It’s my go to in the morning when my lower back is stiff and also throughout the day as I have to sit a lot for work. Best out of all the routines I have done on CZcams. Short and efficient.
This was perfect, my body has been sore and aching for days now and this helped a bit and I felt way more relaxed afterward. I plan on doing this twice a day until I feel better and then once a day to keep my body happy :)
This is one of my favorite "easy" workouts. I keep trying to expand the workout videos that I watch, but I am honestly happier with Maddie's videos than any others I have found. Keep it up, MadFit! We love your videos.

Loved loved loved this video!! This vid had new stretches that ive never tried before and had my body feeling so good. I learned from a PT today that its best to do dynamic stretching before a workout and static stretching after working out or at the end of the day (little tip) hope yall have a great day!

I was doing many workout videos for beginners to start the next year fresh but I felt my muscles completely sore afterwards, it was painful to even stretch by myself. This video helped me stretch in a more comfortable way, I noticed the muscle pain dissipated afterwards. Thank you for sharing this routine with us!

This is my favorite stretch, thank you. What I like about it the most is, that there is enough time to enjoy the individual stretches. It´s not like a yoga flow wich contain stretches, it´s just raw stretches and enough time to get in contact with the individual body parts and to really sink into each stretch. Thank you! :)

This stretch video is amazing. I am starting my home workout today and not exercising after covid made my joints and muscle stiff. Its important to start by simple stretching and then gradually move to intense workout. Loved this whole body stretch. I already feel better. My muscles were really sore with pro long sitting.

i found that one the most difficult stretch! My legs shake so bad here! All the other exercises were ok though, I wonder if I'm doing something wrong or I'm just weak lol
