That's not gonna last long. Geez I've seen we poor welding in my to.e but that's terrible. Not cleaning of the surfaces to be welded, no ore heating. That differential should be scrapped

Looks like the spindle had been rePAIRED AT ONE POINT
Needs a minimum of another (2) 6" X 12" pieces of metal welded on top of other welds for reinforcement.
Poor welding prep
And at least the second time they repair it….
They can book the next repair for next week.

I'm not a very good welder but I would have ved all that out before I welded it.
Look at the axle at 1.27. You can easily see that this axle has been cut up and is NOT a genuine break.

O trabalho é bom, mas o resultado a confiabilidade é 0, o metal sofre fadiga fragiliza com excesso de peso a durabilidade fica comprometida.

Useless repair. Will not last. It already has weak point and will break from the same location (Probably the next day). This piece is not repairable. It needs to be replaced.
