Finally did this workout today, recovering from the flu so wanted to get in steps, but not over-exert myself. Your workouts are so consistent and you get what is expected. You are one of the few workouts that don’t overestimate the number of steps you will get. I am always confident when I do your workouts that I will get at least what you say I will get in terms of steps, thank you for that! This was a long haul, 65 minutes, which can get to be boring because there is a lot of repetition, but I got through easily and enjoyed the full workout. The Auld Lang Syne song came on about five minutes before the end of this workout, is that a cue that we are coming to the end? I still would like if you have a countdown clock, it really keeps me motivated to finish the workout.

I have not tried this yet but know that I will like it. With these long workouts, it is especially important to let the viewer know where they are in the workout with either a countdown clock or progress bar. I am not sure why you can’t add that to your workouts, many have requested it.

Is this workout calorie count in kilograms? I never seem to burn that many. I am 5 foot and weigh 107
