    Love them exactly what the neurologist told me I have to do walking thank you for your help !! I can do it at home without going outside especially in this hot weather I appreciate what you guys do for us!

    I feel like I can squeeze this whole workout in 30mins & 2x speed 😅 I'm going to try this soon. But I take that 15 seconds break when it comes up!

    I did it not easy
    Im not a big fan of arm moves cause it burns too much lol but i need to have sexy arms!!

    This workout isn't balanced. There is too much arm movement putting too much stress on the shoulders...And too early on. It doesn't provide a warm up and basically neglects the low body. I'm sticking Leslie Sanson. This virtual stuff is a NO for me. If you any shoulder issues, this workout will not work for you at all.
