    One of my favorite but again, at the 88% mark I get a red screen with Chinese & English writing saying "median offline". This is the ONLY video it happens to & I workout with you daily.
    You are the best!!

    I love your workouts. They are challenging, and you do it in a small space, and you work EVERY muscle!! I am 64 and have been working out for over 30 years. I need low impact and challenging. Thank you Brian

    Brian , I finished another 1 of your great workouts, and I want to thank you for healing me. I just had broken my clavicle, and by doing some of the shoulder moves, I feel like I'm healing fast. Although I know it may not be for everyone, it's certainly working for me. So thanks again, and keep the workouts coming.

      Actually that's all you need to do. He has so many different exercises you can do it once or twice a day and get full or a small workout. Take it a your own pace.

    Woohoo!!! So happy to see this one hour workout!!! Unfortunately, I'm sick as of early this AM so I need to rest. (fever, n/v, lower abdomen pain and I passed out on my bathroom floor which I got a swollen /bruised nose eic). Thanks Brian for your effective moves and uplifting 🎶!!! ❤ 🙏
