Hot and Fast Pulled Pork - Texas Style - Weber Smokey Mountain

In this video I'm cooking a hot and fast pulled pork on my weber smokey mountain. I had my family over and decided to try this "hot and fast", it was awesome! I cooked on my Weber smokey mountain and used cherry wood for my smoke(I know that isn't Texas style - LOL). I show you how I set up the grill to taking my last bite. ENJOY! I love pulled pork!
