    can you show us how to use the belt the same way you just did but on an office chair with the legs bent forwards and both feet firmly planted on the floor instead

    Thank you for this video. I have scoliosis and back pain from trying to keep the position has prevented me from meditating and I am excited to try this method!

    Thank you so much, i have the same chellange with my scoliosis, and yes , i lean to the sied after a while or make big effort to keep my back straight. I will try with the belt.
