    Bad posture really effect body
    Cause body ache without any reason
    I also work on it while doing housechores
    Now my back is much better😊

    Hello thanks for this! Is it ok that at no point is my lower back touching the wall? (I do have arched back- i need rolfing to release the fascia).
    Secondly, when i lift the chest then the top back now no longer touches the wall! Is this ok? So at end head is fne but basically none of back is touching the wall! Is this normal? Ok?
    Btw the towel exercise has really helped my lower back pain... thanks

      It's a pleasure, Lower back shouldn't be touching :) You might be doing a little too much of a chest pop in this instance :) for some with certain alignment issues & developed gluteal muscles this could be an occurrence - so reduce the degree to which you're chest popping as it might not be quite as important for you :)
