    This Video is NOT technically correct, as the majority of VW Golf's do not have the inner CV joint 'splined' within the transmission (transaxle). Instead they have a 'flanged' inner face that unbolts (look at other similar video's for confirmation).
    Finally, from your video can I suggest that when using a breaker bar to loosen bolts, you 'push' downwards on the bar and not pull upwards...... simple!........

      This is for the US market Golf. The UK ones have bolted flanges as you correctly state.
