- Nearly every series is workout is full body, making it effective and challenging. Our first barre series begins with quads/shoulders and then moves into lunges then glue lifts with a straight leg. Next, we work in 2nd with the ball under our heel. Balance work is my favorite series of this class, a 3 part burner with weights and ball. It's full body on the mat with a stability challenge on all 4's. Two series targeting abs, then a back extension finisher.
