I can do Zumba dance in 1 hour without feeling exhausted but this one, I could follow for 10 mins only then I had to stop. I felt this one way more intense than my 1-hour Zumba dance. I’ll try again tmr haha

I am a yoga teacher but I became a manager in a music company, and have stopped regular practice and giving a class only once a week. I have decided that I want to be fit and toned again and this video came up as the 1st suggestion today. 1 or 2 of the exercises were hard to finish the 30s! And I feel incredible afterwards. I’ve been dealing with low back pain for 4 years. Therapy just isn’t providing relief even with lifting weights twice a a week. Did this workout once and my pain subsided for the rest of the day. I calmly broke a sweat! As crazy as it sounds... I don't sweat much, but this had me dripping with sweat, and I was fully capable (and able) to do this complete workout! Burned 232 cals... not bad for 30min yoga... i'm impressed!
