Honestly, don’t let the title deceive you. You’ll see that it is low impact and knee friendly but half way through the first circuit I was breathless 😅 I wanted to give up, but instead I chose just to go slower. I’m hoping with time and continuous use of this video I’ll get through it smoothly and keep up with the pace. Thanks for the challenge Heather ❤

This workout is so much fun. It’s unique from the others. I like the mix of cardio with a little light weights. I added weights to a few more of the exercises in this workout. Love it!!!!

I have really bad runner's knee right now and was seriously needing some decent cardio. I can't say this workout was completely pain-free, but it was less taxing on my knee than for example power yoga. Very helpful, thank you for the video.

This workout was so good! Started an 8-wk intermittent fast and need workouts I can do in the morning on low(ear) energy before I eat. The no jumping made this more manageable, and the length was perfect. LOVE the knee drives, that gave it an extra 🦵 Thanks!!
