Radiohead, Coldplay, The Smiths and Jeff Buckley tend to be my “go to’s” or “fallbacks”. I checked out the playlist and loved the selections. Noticed a lot of covers of originals....which I tend to like more...yet still know and appreciate it’s a cover....true Infp music lover lol

Just caught the “Numb” Linkin Park Video today (don’t think I’ve ever seen the video which while watching it I related a ton!) while CZcams music video binging this morning. I’ve heard the song many times but never caught in tandem with the video. So here is one from me.... I’ll think of more! Sean
I love the idea of a INFP/HSP playlist! Music is my life-blood! It's so hard to choose what I want contribute though. When I was an angsty teen Radiohead - Creep was my own personal anthem (I'm sure many INFP/HSP Gen-Xers could relate). Theses days I primarily listen to punk and I can think of one song in particular that really resonates with me as an INFP/HSP in an insensitive world: The Rebel Spell - More Heart. Lastly there is one timeless classic that will always hit home for me forever and ever: Simon & Garfunkel - The Sound of Silence
Oh yeah.. "creep" is a great song... Sound of Silence is one of my all time favs as well. Hi. Brilliant video. Absolutely uncanny. I have only recently discovered this INFP stuff and it bonked me over the head as soon as I first came across it (actually in a funny video not one of the ponderous ones). I then went and did a test and that also said I was INFP but it was obvious I am anyway straight away. Anyway since then I have been exploring other INFP stuff, hence my visiting your channel. Well the uncanny bit is... today I was contacted by two people enquiring about some clothes I had listed on a free giving website and both enquirers wanted to know if they could have the clothes for charitable reasons, one for Yemen refugees and the other for a guy seeking political asylum in the country I live in. And as your video was playing one of them wrote again to answer an earlier message I had sent telling him that I would ask the other enquirer (who got in touch first) if he would be okay with me splitting the stuff between both of them. Well I am sort of not listening to your video at about 10, 11 minutes as I have just seen the message from the second guy as it had just arrived but as I was thinking about it and about what I would write to the other guy, how I would arrange all this etc., as I am thinking about this, what you were saying started to seep through into my awareness again and you were talking about doing stuff like helping disadvantaged people, doing charitable acts and so on... it was such a cool coincidence. It was all happening simultaneously. And that does relate in another way because today's I was also thinking about not letting anxiety rule my decisions and really doing what I know are the right things to do for me and here you were saying this is a really good antidote to the sense of aimlessness INFP's can fall prey to and also make you feel good. Brilliant! Edit: then 4 minutes later you describe exactly what I did, I stopped listening to you and came back to what you were saying and you were talking about what I had been thinking about . Then again! Earlier I had the radio on and these guys were chatting about a sports match that had just finished and I didn't hear a word of what they were saying because I was listening to the stadium's PA playing tunes in the background and laughing at how dated the song choices were. Yep also, in my first written reply to an INFP themed video I had to announce that every single school report I had, right through school, every year and every teacher said "... spends most of his time in class staring out of the window and daydreaming and seems to miss a lot of what the lesson has been about, otherwise he would probably do pretty well academically" And my best reports were in English and art. Yep. Self conscious. Ugh. Enough about me. Finally though... I went to your site and immediately navigated to the astrology and it said 'Today you could be of service to others. Share your good fortune with others and feel how great sharing is. If you feel that something is holding you back, investigate that feeling. Try to tackle this issue in another way than you have done previously. Listen to your inner voice as this is your essence. Here your life power and happiness arises.' and I had already done both.
I truly appreciate your channel & content. It does help to know there is a community "out there". I've gotten used to feeling different & somewhat isolated, having had to tone down my astute observations ever since childhood.

Funny enough, as an ENFP a lot of things also hold true for me...especially the depth of the conversations...as an Extroverted HSP its so easy to "fake" being interested in other peoples conversation topics lol...it's like living in the matrix, everybody thinks I care about what they have to say (not to sound arrogant, I still talk to them to raise our vibes but non HSP's don't get it :D).

Apparently, drinking a drink every night/ most nights, or a 2-3 drinks a couple times per week, actually raises our cortisol levels in the “off-hours.” That’s some insight I got from Andrew Huberman’s podcast 🙌 This is not medical advice, of course- just some friendly knowledge that surprised me.
Keep it up. I stop a little over 2 years and I feel good. I have engery. I know you are trying a month. I didn't have a problem with Alcohol but life is better without it.
