The way some people lack the common sense and courtesy in 3rd party friendships. Personally, I’m not to the type to want to bind with a bestie’s besties (or set of other friends) one bit.. I’m always just polite when they try to come to me and that’s it. Dey your lane abeg
I do have an amazing three wheel friendship, one thing we set as our priorities in the friendship is not expecting a lot from each other, I’m not saying my friends don’t pull up when we are in needs . Just be free,respect each other values and differences and be you. Another thing I personally don’t buy is “secret” if I cant tell both about my worries I’d rather keep it to myself.
The problem is being a 3rd wheel but trying to elevate yourself as a bestie to one of the other two 😂😂. Trying so hard to join their inner circle 😂😂😂😂

My favorite rich aunties, you both shared so much wisdom in a very simple way in this video. I think the bottom line I drew from this conversation is jealousy and insecurity are the roots of issues like this. If you are secure, you know your place, not jealous and GENUINE, most of our friendships will be okay.

I think friendship of three works if the three people met each other at the same time. If two of them have already been friends for a long time, then if a third person joins most likely they are the third fiddle. But there are different dimensions to friendship so no one rule applies sha
I have 3 way friendships, I have 4 way friendships and even larger groups but as you said know your place, even within the 3 way friendships we all have different individual relationships with one another. Know your place and know peace. In one of my friendship group, someone once made a joke that the love me and a certain lady have is number one and the rest of them are coming behind 😂😂😂😂, we all laughed about it and that was it. There are others there too that I know that the level of their closeness is different from the rest of us
Being a very introverted individual, I love my alone time lol so for a three-way friendship it will be difficult for me to keep up. Close friendships take a lot of work and understanding to last. I also agree that three-way friendships might last longer if they all met at the same time in school even so it means they still have to create a balance to maintain the relationship.

I remember I'm varsity I was friends with this white girl and we were attending one lecture together that my other blck group of friends were not attending... Eish it was a problem... The way my friends would come, and fetch me when I'm with her oh my God and she even changed the course all together... It was not easy but as I grew older I love my space not easy at all to make friends and I'm really ok with this... I'm just friends with my siblings even though we are staying far from each other... But I'm high school I was so comfortable being friends with guys than girl because there was just no wahala there... When I'm with my group it was books, books books all the way and we were all working so hard to be in that top 5 and it was so amazing
