Hey Bailey🥰
Haha hey there bozo 😂
I appreciated you defending her reason for not "just leaving" him. Abusive relationship are so hard to leave. The addiction to their love is so real and sometimes they convince you that no one else could love you
Especially because they love bomb you so it makes you addicted to those love bomb moments. When they stop love bombing you feel like your yearning that love bombing again. Narcissist people are the worst
Bailey is for real! She knows people and she knows what's up! That's why we all love her work!
I was so thankful that she said that

"All that money, you'd think he would've gotten a therapist."
Best quote that is applicable in a lot of situations.
Money insulates people from their psychiatric problems also.
yeah
But that would require self-awareness, which a lot of dipshits like him lack.
A therapist can’t help a homocidal psychopath
Wait a minute . The cops come out for a wellness check and leave because HE says she’s alright ??? That’s what a wellness check is for . They aren’t supposed to leave till they talk to her .
Yea my ex sent the cops for a wellness check on me but I wasn't home and the cops wouldn't leave my house until my mom called me and they talked to me
THESE cops did NOT do their jobs well
They should be charged with negligence at the very LEAST
When you’re rich and powerful, cops often look the other way. 😕
Same thing happened with Gabby Petito’s case when they were pulled over a week or so before she went missing. Bystanders who saw him screaming at her at a gas station or restaurant they stopped at on the road ended up calling the cops on him. The cops caught up to them and Bryan managed to not only talk his way out of suspicion of abuse, but framed it to the cops that SHE abused HIM - AND THEY CITED HER. All the footage is on the internet if you search, but it just goes to show how much the ol blue boys club care less about the word of a woman…it’s sad and costs women their lives in situations like this.
"women dont love me, all they want is money" brought to you by the man who, after his mother died, immediately sued his dad for money.
😅
i hate when rich men say this. the girl can easily flip it and say, “you only want me for my looks” i bet everything i have if Iana wasn’t pretty, he wouldn’t be with her
@@jhko5439 this reminds me of the marilyn monroe scene where she says exactly this in a movie. it’s 100% true. so many men demonize women for having “shallow” desires when they do the exact same
Well I do think those women were after his money; I don't see any other appeal. They all deserved each other.
@@quickchris10 he can’t complain abt iana liking his money when all he did to win her over was spend crazy amounts of money on her. like u cant buy a woman a condo & a car & then complain that she likes u for ur money.

I'm just glad the tiny baby was with grandma, I cant imagine what that monster would have done to such a tiny defenseless baby. I'm so relieved shes ok. I'm sure grandma will tell her how beautiful and wonderful her mom was when she grows up.
Olga should have filed a lawsuit against the Police Department for ignoring her the first time and then for going there to check on Yana and leaving without actually physically seeing her alive!
She'd gotten cash from that lawsuit then waiting on Blake to pay up cos he never would.
So true! Sounds like Olga was trying to get in at the same time her daughter was still alive. So very sad that it went down like this!
Olga received 41 million dollars from Blake’s family.
Olga and the girlfriend were both being supported by Blake.
The first wife was so blessed that she was abandoned by Blake
I’m sure she definitely realized how lucky she was that he decided to walk away! That’s one of those blessings in disguise!!!
💯💯💯
She was just to busying hating Lana to realize smh
He only killed Yana because he thought she was a mail order bride… e.i him saying women only want him for his money
Blessed, fortunate, lucky, whatever it is she needs to count her lucky stats daily for the rest of her life. And if it was me, I’d take the opportunity to live my life to the fullest.
I cannot imagine how Olga felt knowing her daughter was in danger but no one would help her. I would die.
Right cops are so ignorant sometimes
Well her daughter died.
@@aeronalex8007 ????
@@aeronalex8007 …she could’ve been alive still had the police just done their job?
The fact that she was a foreigner (and a woman) probably factored into the police not taking her seriously
Her mother absolutely broke my heart. She was trying so hard to save her daughter!! 😭😭
I can’t imagine how it looked like she was peacefully sleeping when cops first arrived - with portions of her face and most of her hair missing?!
A mother's intuition. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
Literally!!
👏 👏 👏 👏 yessss momas
Exactly!!!
Imagine if the police actually did a welfare check the first time she called, maybe Iana was still alive
@@nikkikragt5244 Thank you for spoiling, Nikki! 🙄
It's awful to hear she was alive for 8 hours after being scalped. What if she was still alive during Olga's initial pleas?!? The police should have helped immediately. They should have insisted on seeing her like they are supposed to do.
I don't think she was alive because her mom's intuition felt when her daughters soul left her body. Just my opinion as to why her mom KNEW something was wrong AT that time of that exact day.
That particular thought did cross my mind. Yana could have still been alive at the time, after all. If the police had demanded more strongly to see Yana then maybe they would have found her still alive. It's happened several times where a mother or other relative or friend got this bad feeling and was ignored by the police and others. Some of the time the victim could have been saved. It's sad.
@@mandy4898 how is that proof she wasn't alive? She could have well been alive except slowly succumbing to her injuries. It legit said she was alive for 8 hours

Bailey, I can see how this reporting of monsters can get you down. But please remember you're not just a storyteller but also an educator. A lot of us have benefitted from your insights, and have learned to take a closer look at "charming" people, to think twice, to be skeptical instead of gullible. No one knows how many lives you have saved.
We thank you and we love you.
Ty I really do try to be wrong... but generally in mind only?
The way Bailey tells the story is like sitting with a friend who’s spilling the major tea
Welcome to MMM
Whenever Bailey starts to use family and friends’ descriptions of someone (smart, beautiful, always happy), they definitely die shortly after in the story.
I was thinking the first wife would be the victim but then she started talking about how the family described Iana and I said “oh… 😞 this isn’t gonna end will for her “
Every tc doc ever 😣 I always know who will die bc they always use past tense
Happens in movies too, if a character talks about how they want to see their family and they miss them, they die
Nah she also uses past tense words like “was” and “would” it’s not really hard to tell
Sometimes i think it's because evil people want to take away the brightness in someone else..
Shout out to Bailey for addressing the "why didn't she jst leave" thing EVERY TIME! 😏😏 Proud of you x
Same, it makes me feel strangely safe. Like even if someone asked this of me, if I was in that situation, I feel like Bailey at the very least would understand
Yes I love her for that!
Basically a relationship involving domestic abuse is like being in a gang or a cult and wanting to leave it - and you’re the only member. So all the abuses endured by cult members (see: people trying to leave Jonestown) and gang members (beat downs and torture and sometimes death, but the “leader” has no one else to focus their attention on but their victim).
I really wish I could understand why this concept is so difficult for people to wrap their heads around. I’m more of a product of this type of toxic relationship than a direct victim so I don’t know if that plays into it but I was 7 when my mom finally left so I wasn’t even old enough to understand the dynamics at the time.
YESSSS normalize talking about this!!! Bailey always does and it’s important to say. She also never tolerates victim shaming.

the poor girl and her mother shes just left to take care of the baby of the man who brutally killed her daughter without him even showing any signs of guilt or even paying for child support i cant even begin to imagine and the fact this all couldve been avoided if the police just listened to her its so sad.
Genuinely trying to understand how they said she looked “peaceful” after the description of what her body looked like.
Same thing! That was going through my mind the entire time Bailey was describing the state of Jana's body...
I can only imagine if she bled to death that she was loopy and out of it. I hope that she was kinda "high" and just drifted off.
@@moriahschoech9894 um. As someone who has almost bled to death, you can absolutely feel pain still. It’s not as peaceful as the media depicts it.
@@angryotter9129 oh goodness! I’m so glad you’re ok!♥️ That must have been absolutely terrifying…
I thought the exact same thing. How does a person with no scalp and a face missing pieces look peaceful. That was a weird observation.
It's so interesting that the police officers were able to leave without seeing Yana. When social workers on crisis teams go for wellness checks we HAVE to see the person/client/patient we are checking on as a part of our assessment and duty of care - we literally cannot leave until we see the client.
But this brat was super rich so they probably took his word. It makes me sick to see how they handle rich people differently!
Money.

Thanks Bailey for the “Why doesn’t she leave” convo! Abusers break you down, one piece at a time. With control, isolation and dependency you literally feel like the Abuser is all you have in the world. Don’t judge, instead try supporting and understanding, and of course advocate the abused by providing a safe place for them. This a tough subject to tackle. And by opening up a dialogue, Bailey made it all just a little easier to talk and understand.

This truly disturbed my spirit....😩
I felt sick at this point. If only the officers hadn’t left on that first visit - she may have been saved.
I really appreciate Bailey commenting about how hard it can be to leave a toxic relationship. People make that comment all the time like it’s so easy. But then when the victim dies suddenly it’s a different story.
Right? As a new mother, with no ties or steady income of your own, you're not going to just up and leave the (extremely wealthy) father of your child just because of some relational issues, not to downplay the clearly toxic behavior..
I think people say this to feel like that would never happen to them. Oh I would just of left. When in reality people don't know what they would do until they are in those specific circumstances. It makes people feel like they have the control over their lives to protect themselves from becoming a victim. I always see victim blaming as a type of denial people have over how vulnerable we all are in reality. It's an easy go to, but really it doesn't help anyone. I'm glad Bailey is wise enough to try to shut it down.
@@missycz2196 couldn’t agree more. Even some of the strongest people get caught in these toxic, violent relationships.

Me too. I feel you.
You and me both sis. Unfortunately being in toxic relationship is very hard to leave. important note: you don't have to wait 24 hours to report someone missing, especially if you think they're a victim of foul play. police may say this but this can vary depending on the department, not the law
In my state, they issue gold alerts for missing "at risk" adults within 4 hrs. So if they were upset/have a history of self harm, mentally ill or disabled in anyway. I really like that, as it has helped people be found before something happened, or after something happened but in time to save them. A lot can happen in 24 hrs, and I cannot believe the police try that bs.

Not all emotional abuse is narcissistic. Clinical narcissism is a very specific thing and there's been way too liberal use of that term on the internet lately. I agree that Blake seems like he has it based on him "throwing fits" and stuff (vulnerable narcissism), but that doesn't mean Bailey's abuse was that.

I've been in odd situationships when I was young and yes sometimes there are things in the middle that make you want to stay despite the toxic relationship...thankfully I've always has a very strong character and always just walked away without looking back 😅
How could they say that she almost looked peaceful she was SCALPED, missing an ear AND an eyebrow??!!
I remember this story. He scalped her and after that, she fought him for hours, she fought hard to get out. When her mum came to the door she was still alive, when the police did the welfare check she was still alive. He was an animal. I can't remember who I watched telling this story but I think it might have been Stephanie Harlow or That Chapter. That poor girl, I hope she is resting peacefully.
Wow, I’m surprised she survived all that but sorta not with the description of her character about being a fighter. No wonder there was a lot of blood around the apartment
I thought that maybe that’s why he had all those barricades because the poor woman was trying to get out
Wait, so does anyone know his motive? I’m so confused.
@@hvymtlangel yeah I was confused about the motive too. My only thought was that he lost it and went insane or something when she left him. But I just don’t understand what happened what possessed him to call her over and telling her sorry he wanted to be with her… like how long was she over there before he attacked her? Did they work it out and then he attacked her anyway? Did they not work it out and argue and she just was like no no, I’m done and he lost it? Like… what… he sounds like a man child with greed who’s controlling and narcissistic but what made him snap like that?? Like what happened in between him texting her to come back and talk and then him attacking her? 😳 this is going to keep me up tonight…
@@laughingcorrpseholly4136 persecutors said he was angry that Iana paid too much attention to their newborn daughter and less on him. It’s common that men get jealous of a new baby but he’s an extremely sociopathic case!
Hey there, Bailey.
You seemed really shaken up with this one, understandably and unsurprisingly. The way you phrased the PSA on domestic abuse survivors made it seem like you were speaking from experience. You go above and beyond to tell us about all these cases, and it must be hellish when a case is personal.
I appreciate you. I appreciate your time and effort and emotional strength. I see you. I stand by you. I believe you, and I believe in you.
I hope you're taking care of yourself.
Thank you for all you do for us.
I felt like she was extra shaken by this one, too.
I couldn’t have said it better. It might also be something she’s passionate about bringing awareness to (maybe somebody close to her was a victim) but it really does seem like she’s speaking from experience and not just the heart.
+1, we love you Bailey!
As a survivor too, it meant a lot her saying we can’t just leave, that it’s hard to explain. You put it so well.
I noticed her tone of voice changed when she was explaining how women feel in that type of abusive relationship as if she has experienced it herself and it was so heartbreaking to me. She's a strong person and I'm glad she broke free from that abuse.
Seeing someone you love with all of your heart in a casket... Your child, your mother, your father... It breaks you in ways you just can't imagine. I'll never forget that moment, and I wish I could.
"Rawdogging it..I think I'm using that term correctly" had me geekin 🤣
Worst part is that she was probably still alive when her mom was trying to get the cops to go into the apartment the 1st time.
@hsweety hilton Hundred percent. My mom was my wakeup call for my last bf. She said he was uninvited from her house forever because she didn't feel comfortable around him, and that was the day I started looking for a way out. I knew he was bad, but the idea of her being like "hey, you're an adult and I can't stop you from marrying this guy but he's never going to be part of our family" was absolutely the push I needed. Parents just know, you know?
This actually made me cry.
I feel so bad for Iana and her family, she didn't deserve this BS. Also it breaks my heart that the neighbours didn't report her screams or anything during her hours-long ordeal. RIP ❣️
@@NOBODY-fz3im slowly too. They should take their time with the torture.
That's what I was thinking the whole time!! How did the neighbors not hear anything going on??
I was wondering like could no one hear this?!
Did they live in a really remote area? Because if not, I feel like there's no way that NOBODY could hear all of that going on...
@@Emily_Burgess89 she said it was in their West Hollywood apartment .. so sad
You’re truly one of the most beautiful women in the industry without makeup. Putting it on just plain and simply transform you into a dam supermodel.!
Can I just say, you're freaking amazing. Thank you so much for being you and doing all that you do. Plus, recognizing the fact that ya gotta take a break for you and the positive stuff in life ❤️
I hope the other girls were really proud of themselves for being cruel towards her and not him.
That’s what I was thinking. Like imagine you get mad at someone who’s in the same predicament as you, by the same person… instead of being mad at the person who did it! Like Bailey said, vile. However, I don’t want to be so harsh to say that maybe they didn’t learn a horrible lesson from that. They must have been pretty horrified by the news. Either way, I hope they don’t have that mind set anymore, and got the counselling they needed.
I hope the mother is doing well most of all. I couldn’t imagine that happening to my child and having to raise my grandchild while navigating the headlines and court dates.
Also what were they going to do if they stopped the relationship with the 3rd woman? They would still have each other to deal with.
“Dumb little rowboat” - my new favourite insult.
I was thinking the same thing
Saw a vid of yours yesterday.. and then watched this. I realized that this maybe part of your dark period.
Hugs to you, girl.
Warm wishes...
And take breathers as often as you need to.
That "without them, you're noting," I felt that. I have felt it before, and when she said it my heart dropped. I get it. I used to be a girl that would say, "Oh, I'd never stay if someone treated me like that." But, the right person comes along, and... Don't learn it for yourself. I pray you don't.
I feel so bad for the poor girl. And even worse for the mother who knew something was wrong and no one would help her. And then that poor baby who will never know her mother. Breaks my heart 💔
I love how everytime Bailey is about to laugh at something she stops herself and explains why she's laughing all of the silly people who laughs at the wrong time can relate. It's not to be disrespectful but it's like a nervous tick or finding humor in the worst of times to stay sane don't worry B we know you don't mean too 💯
I totally understand. I smile when talking about terrible stuff that has happened to me. I don’t mean to. It hides my real emotions.
Exactly
I laugh through trauma as a way of like... breaking up the horribleness. Sometimes fresh trauma/speaking about really bad stuff makes me surprise/horror-laugh, too. It is hard to explain, but I totes get it with Bailey.
😁🎯
I’m just socially awkward and laugh or cry whenever I feel strong emotion I asked my therapist about it and she said it’s just a natural response to emotion it’s how your body tries to help you cope with it, something like that
Can you imagine being the post mates delivery person and you find out you delivered and interacted with a guy while his victim was still alive?

hey bailey! i know you probably weren’t talking about people with trauma when you were talking about “i hate you, don’t leave me” behavior. i grew up in a very toxic household(narcissistic abuse from my father and really unhealthy relationship with my sister) and growing up in that environment when i was gaslit and blamed for basically everything i developed Borderline Personality Disorder(BPD) and this is one thing we often do. it’s caused by black and white thinking, which is the only way my brain knows. something so minor can happen with a loved one and we split, which means we lash out in attempt to protect ourselves from abandonment(which we have great fear of), whether it’s rational or not, and often push people away, only to wake up the next day or calm down down after a few hours and realize that we just argued with someone for what seems like no reason to most people. we feel extremely guilty afterwards. it pains us probably twice as much as it does the other person. people with bpd live through emotional agony constantly. no medication helps, because it’s the way our brains are hardwired due to persistent neglect and/or abuse. i just wanted to let you this because i have experienced this with my loved ones, it’s not always intentional. i loathe myself for the pain i put my closest friends and family through. it’s not easy for anyone and this whole explanation probably sounds like manipulation but it’s how i live and it’s so hard. also i’m not saying that this was the case for blake, but saying that people should cut off those type of people is harmful as it’s not a choice for people with Borderline Personality Disorder.
The police really failed this poor woman. They just left and took Blakes word that she was ok! SERIOUSLY!!! I hope that monster rots in prison for what he did.
It's sadly so common.
Unfortunately, the justice system fails a lot of people, except maybe other cops. 🤷🏻♀️
Classic mysoginy
Do u guys think she was still alive when they visited the first time that's sad the cops are useless
@@hot5nack520 that's what I wanted to know!!
I started listening to these true crimes during a hard patch with my abusive ex. Learning the behaviors of a dangerous person really helped me get out. You’re a great lady miss Bailey thank you for being so warm
Girl I feel you. I draw so many parallels between these monsters and my abusive ex. Scary stuff!
I'm so glad you're both out :)
So glad theses videos helped you get out.
You may or may not enjoy the short series “maid” on Netflix !
still on my bailey binge😆💗
You've kept me company two nights now while I'm gaming it up. Thank you for your hard work and amazing personality! 😄
This is SO wrong. When there’s a wellness check, the cops must see and speak with the person. Totally inept.
Nat really. Many times wellness checks are completes hours upon hours of the call amde because they are placed in the back burner. Police try to run out the clock and many cases are not really followed up. Police don't have a mandate to do so.
Imagine for a moment, you have an abusive ex. You finally get away. The person keeps lurking around your new house trying to stalk you. They start calling you nonstop and then knock incessantly on your door day after day. That person calls and requests a welfare check - says they are your parent and they know you are being beaten inside the house. The person goes near your house and waits. The police show up. They knock. You don't want to answer. Could be because the toxicity of the relationship has trained you not to tell police. Or maybe you don't like police. Whatever it is, you stay quiet. Your roommate tells them you're fine.
The whole time, the ex is hidden, waiting to get a glimpse of you.
The police know they have no legal grounds for entering the home. So thry have three choices - (1) accept that you dont want to speak to police, note that there were no sounds of distress, and leave (2) leave now but follow up later if possible (3) insist on speaking directly to you, wait hours until you decide to exit the house for work, ignore the many other calls for help that thry are needed for, and end up with your roommate calling to place a formal complaint that the police are stalking and harassing you both because they won't leave.
This type of situation isn't a one off.
There is a reason that police have to walk a thin line between the rights of an individual and the power to knock down a door to check on them.
You're right. The excuses given above may be true but they aren't right and are still incompetent

Speaking of Bluestar…
A research project I did for a class during my CSI degree revealed that this blood reagent (aka luminol) will test presumptive positive for both blood & bleach. If this scene had been cleaned with any bleach, it would show up as bright if not brighter than blood.
