I grew up and went to school with Liam’s mom. When I saw her on 20/20, saying what she said, I yelled at the TV, “what is wrong with your brain, Meg?” My heart goes out to Mr Stern and Sarah’s friends.

Personally, I have my doubts that it was primarily for Sarah's money.
After watching a few crime stories involving "best friends" it seems more like these are monsters who have some other motives for doing this and it seems like rejection, plays a big role in these horrible stories.

My grandma love’s watching your shows every week unfortunately she has dementia and is not doing well but she still loves your show
So sry hope she's doing well my husband's grandfather started with dementia then became full blown Alzheimer's 😢 I also have done cna in home care work and had more than one client with this terrible disease 😢 besides cancer (in My personal opinion) its the worst thing to watch 😢 esp with a loved one losing ur memory and who u are is heartbreaking and i pray one day they find a cure ♥️ I pray ur grandmother is living her best life (one of my clients had medicated memory patches we would put on his shoulder after a shower ect to prolong his memory loss seemed to work for a while!) I just hope ur family and ur grandmother are doing well ❤ had to comment when I seen yours just to send some love and positive vibes your way ... This happened in my town. Its is so shocking and heartbreaking. Hey family has a picture and memorial for her on the bridge. I go by it everyday and they always change it up and today it was decorated for Christmas. So sad RIP Sarah.

Mothers who make excuses for their sons, even though evidence is staring them right in the face, are part of the problem. Liam specifically told Anthony he didn’t feel comfortable talking on the phone and checked him for a wire. Why would anyone do that if they don’t have anything to hide?
I don’t understand what is wrong with these mothers? I know you can’t hate your child but how can you not held accountable your child for their horrific actions!! That is the reason these children think they can get away with anything. The way Chris watts mom says “ I love you and I forgive you” is like no matter what you do we are with you! This happened in my town and I knew all the kids involved in it, Preston dated my best friends sister a few years prior and Liam used to hang around when we were in big groups so I spent a lot of time around them. The reason they moved the body to the bushes is because they had to leave the house (for work) and they didn't want the grandma or another family member coming to the house while they were gone and finding Sarah's body. The whole story was heartbreaking for the community, Sarah deserved so much better. Rest In Peace.

it breaks my heart to think of how betrayed Sarah must have felt. I also think that what Anthony did was incredibly brave. Because of him, Sarah got the justice she deserves.
Her family doesn’t have complete closure. Every time you pass over the bridge in Belmar, her picture is still there. Her body has never been found nor the remains, so her grave lay empty. Truly a shame.

But she must have even seen images of them playing together, thought he was not REALLY going to do it, it's a joke, his filming and he'll stop in a second, and a thousand other things. It upsets me that she has to clarify why she's laughing. Humor as a coping mechanism is perfectly acceptable. We know the situation is sad, I don't believe she needs to justify her coping mechanism
I get it. Many people forget that laughing is a coping mechanism when they're judging people in these types of videos and someone's not acting "normal".
My stepmother is a nervous laugher. If you hurt yourself she has to leave before she laughs. My dad shocked himself really bad on our fuse box one time and she just cracked up laughing and left.

I’m a nervous laugher as well so I totally get it, my parents said even as a small child when they told us our favorite dog died I started hysterically laughing, needless to say they thought I was a lunatic but then I went into a form of shock I think since it was my first death and just started bawling I was all over the place. Point is it’s not for people to judge how we react to our emotions, especially on camera I’m sure that has to be hard for her especially when everyone and their mom gives their two cents on her sincere reaction to these sad real life events.

Sarah was a big member in the tumblr fan group I was in. I remember when she stopped posting and that wasn’t like her to go silent just like that so everyone was very concerned. We were all absolutely gutted when word got out about what happened. I’m still so angry because she was such a wonderful person that didn’t deserve anything that happened to her.
i remember this so vividly. i just rewatched some of the show this week and then bailey’s vid popped up too. she was so lovely.

(anytime someone dies it's tragic obviously) but when you're killed by a stranger, a distance acquaintance, or an enemy it's like ok this is a psychopath... but this girl thought these were her BEST FRIENDS, she even went to prom with one of them. So she was completely blindsided and probably was so stunned,shocked, and hurt so didn't know how to respond. The betrayal is crazy and makes me feel like I should look at all my friends sideways...
All over money, so these guys never cared about her, they were never her friends. Because if you truly care about someone there's no way you can strangle them to death and watch the life leave their body. If you truly care about someone there's no way you could go through with it. In this case yes but they are ableists. One person who was blind and had a guide dog got denied 11 times. Don’t quote me on this I don’t remember the exact wording but Uber was basically telling drivers not to let people with dogs in their cars. They’ve gotten better but it’s still not great.

@Julien Cloud I’m from pretty nearby to Neptune/Neptune City, so I’m pretty pleasantly surprised to see this covered on someone with such a large platform’s channel, since I’m sure that it will gain a lot of positive rememberances of Sarah, and some sort of a consolation and vindication for her father, I hope, since it deserves to be known to more people around the world not only what happened to his daughter, but also what a great person she was. Although I did not by any means know Sarah personally, I’m in the same age group, though, I’m 24, so that was one of the reasons this case really came as a shock for me, when I first heard it, and it quite literally hits close to home. Very, very, sad, though.
I'm so sorry for your loss, I can't imagine how you must feel having gone to school with her and had mutual friends. So sad.

I remember praying for her safety and return. Then at the end of one of their videos they had a moment of silence, showed her art and a message about her. Its odd, you don't have to talk to a person or meet them or even really know them but social media brings people closer. Especially when you're in the same fan group, like losing a friend almost.
props to the investigators for actually trying hard to find her , i mean like most police officers would just leave the car in front of the house or something , but these officers seems really concerned and investigated where she was without anyone filing a missing person .
