    The first move is the hardest after you're done with the lift that heel up like you can feel it burn. Where you start to jump like it a squat... I've been doing this for three weeks and every other day for an hour and it's great feeling afterwards...

    great workout! if i do this everyday, will it help lose some leg fat and get my legs more toned so they look good in leggings? If so, how long should i do this? Help any one!? Thanks!

      it definitely will, but I would say 3 to 4 times a week should do, you don't wanna strain your muscles! I would recommend doing one of Astrids cardio workouts before this, since it will help you burn fat faster and don't forget to stretch:-)
