- There are a LOT of fast food restaurants to choose from. And one of the most exciting menu items, in my humble opinion, is chicken nuggets. Today, we've driven to Chick-fil-A, Popeye's, Shake Shack, McDonald's, Wendy's, Raising Cane's, and Burger King. All to see how their chicken nuggets, popcorn chicken, or chicken tenders (I think we can all agree that it's fair to put these in the same category) compare. Similar to our other two videos, where we found you the very best fast food burger and crispy chicken sandwich, you can think of this as your go-to guide for where to get nuggets next time you're on a road trip or just looking for a quick lunch.

I think the reason the Burger King nuggets taste like that is because they have French toast sticks and fry in the same oil.

For the Chick-fil-A sauce, you're supposed to bend the plastic corner down and up until it separates from the foil so you can easily grab the foil and open it

@@CrazyPenguin712 Cane's here starts at $15 an hour (min wage here is 9) and has a full drive thru almost all day. Really varies on the location, almost 15 people work in the Cane's near me at a time.

OK folks, a quick update here. I finally tried Popeye's nuggets and wow! If anybody's local Popeye's locations have these, y'all need to get on over there and try them out! They are fantastic. They have that classic crispy coating on the outside and inside they are super juicy and tender and they taste great with the "BoldB Q" sauce too. If your Popeye's doesn't have them, request them!

I tried them there delicious especially if you pair it up with a sweat heat sauce

Chik-fil-a has showed the world what real chicken nuggets taste like. They cost more but they cost more to make. There are many who still prefer the mashed chicken nuggets that McDonalds and Burger King give us.’

hey can you make the danish grill food called "bøf sandwich" its basically a burger with VERY juicy meat and some really good toppings like: caramellized onions, crispy onions and pickles, in denmark we use something we call "remoulade" which is a very good dressing. and the main part of the "bøf sandwich" is the gravy. when assembling the burger in the middle layer on top of the onions andd the meat you put a buttload of gravy, and then when you close it you also put a buttload of gravy on top it just comes together so nicely.

My brother made a special sauce with ranch and ketchup and its so good. I do it a lot but put buffalo on it. We do this at mcdonalds
as a chick fil a worker, you open the sauce packets by bending the little plastic indent piece backwards, first. Then the metal sticks up and you can peel it. Super easy
I used to work at chick fil a and the nuggets used to be my daily diet. Even after I left, I still constantly go back for more.
They were definitely one of my favorite nugget places. Mainly because we make the nuggets in house, which just made it better in my head.

KFC added actual nugget to their menu since you did this video, which I think would still be your top pick. They are delicious, but sadly they are not the same beloved KFC Nuggets from my youth which are currently only available in Australia from what I understand. lol

Barbecue and ranch has been my go to special sauce whenever Buffalo isn't available
To open the chick fil a sauce just fold the tab up and the plastic will go back down but the paper will stay up and it makes it easier to open😂👍
My most favorite nuggets used to be the spicy chicken nuggets from burger king

For the chick filet sauce packets, you are supposed to bend the little tab downward, that loosens up the foil on top and then it’s easy to open. Food for thought🤪

In Australia we have red rooster and they have cheesy nuggets which have cheese inside the nugget and sesame seeds on top
I work at Burger King and if your nuggets taste like donuts then they cooked your nuggets next to French toast or fried then after the french toast but personally I can say they taste pretty decent for the price, but like you said in the video it was in the morning and morning food usually shares it's four fryers, two for fries and the other to for chicken and everything else that comes from the specialty area, I work both burgers and speciality so I usually do a lot. I also work from 11 to 5 so I have a pretty busy day during lunch rush but like I said, yours were probably fried next to the French toast sticks, I hope this helped. :)
I still have PTSD from that one time they had the 99¢ 10 piece nugget promotion a couple years ago. Honestly that was the ONLY time those deer ankle nuggets were worth it. Now they're what, 1.89 for a 8 piece I think? Not only was the quantity reduced, but they also managed to simultaneously drive down the already sub par quality to a whole new AND up charging you for it 🤣

You can actually still eat them safely. The way they cook the oil removes the protein that the allergy reacts to. My daughter is allergic to peanuts and eats Chick-Fil-A all the time.

As a nugget connoisseur I can say with complete confidence that I could tell the McDonald's, Wendy's, and Burger King nuggets apart by looks.
While I agree on look, I might have a hard time distinguishing Burger King and Wendy's by taste. Both of them taste like they've been soaked in chicken broth.

i think the chicken tenders of popeyes is pale because it could be new grease. as someone who works in a fried chicken fast food place (kfc) when we change our grease and put new grease into the deep fryers (not the chicken cookers the deep fryers) the tenders look pale but are fully cooked
