I’m just tired of the big city and after quarantine Bogotá became more dangerous than normal, now I’m so afraid to go outside and ride my bike without being afraid of being robbed or killed, is so sad because I love Bogotá but I just need to rest. Is manizales safe? I’ve only been to Medellin and I’ve always stayed in el poblado, how does manizales compare to Medellin as far as safety, restaurants and things to do. I’m actually Colombian but have never actually lived in Colombia lol
Yes, I've heard it is. It's a smaller city and in smaller cities you'll generally find less crime. People are just as friendly if not more too.
