I just got the 3 pedal set in a few days ago. I got the load cell set too. Really nice equipment. Makes my thrustmaster t3pa pedals feel incompetent lol. I’m still on my fanatec CSL but I’d love to try the Moza DD one day. Moza is on a come up. Enjoy sir.
This is the product that is gonna turn me into a Moza fan. Its a reasonable price and it doesnt seem like they cut any corners with it. A tutorial for how to swap a new wheel on their base would be legit though
Yes absolutely! Especially about what you should get, I know a lot of us will be adding some extra USB slots. So knowing what to get would be a great resource!
It's unscrewing 6 screws, put the new wheel on, screw back in 6 screws. Done. Or you could buy a quick release and literally any wheel you want that fits the bolt pattern and use that.
@@halsoy wrong you can’t screw any wheel to this one by removing the old wheel due to button place meant of the DPad and other buttons in the way
The Cs wheel you can I made a video about it but the moza base can be used without one of the wheels with just a quick release
@@SIMRIG412 it should be self explanatory that if it's a wheel that has spokes different than the one that comes with its not a given it'll fit. If people don't understand that then they got problems i can't help with.

Been waiting for over a year and I sold my 10 year old CSR Elite on Xmas eve! Only needed $100 to order the R5 bundle...so with so much excitement, I nearly jizzed in my pants while ordering it!

I own a moza r5 set. I bought it 2 weeks ago.
I have a srp pedal. I play an ACC racing game.
After playing for an hour, the base gets very hot.
Base settings pit house ACC settings.
Does your r5 base also get hot?
As a result of this heating, the base may malfunction in the future.
Can you use american power 110v? with the power supply? and does it come with american 3 prong power connector?

Should I get the Moza R5 Bundle or the Thrustmaster T300 RS GT? I can get the Thrustmaster Wheel with Shifter for 450€, the Moza R5 with the Th8A shifter would be 850€.
I had a G27 which was good enough for me, but too loud. I only play BeamNG and Assetto Corsa, nothing competetive, just having fun and drifting.
Would you recommend this over a CSW 2.5 for drifting on AC?

(prices here are 300 EUR for a csw base alone, csl dd is not even available on used)
I ran my clubsport for a long time but I love the feel of the MOZA wheel better

@@eden4949 I have a video out with forst drifting on the wheel may help you pick. 5.5nm is plenty for drifting and feels great. I also have a video with it using a pro style car drifting

Currently just the es and fsr but they are currenky working on the ability to use them all with a update
Has anyone able to get the R5 running in Forza Horizon 5 recently? I got my R5 a couple of days ago & can't bind anything within the game. Other games are fine, even Forza Motorsport 7 works fine, just not in Horizon 5! (Running Windows 11) (Horizon Compatibility mode selected, pedals greyed out)

😢 i would so much go with a Moza Wheel but...i only play Farming Simulator and Euro Truck and this wheel is way to small for my usecase.

So torn between this bundle + clutch and the R9, CS wheel, and SRP pedals. I’m upgrading from my G920. Does load cell make that big of a difference?

I recently went from a G920 to R9 with CS wheel and it is a completely different experience and feeling. You won’t regret it 👍
The only thing I haven’t done yet is upgrade the pedals as I already had some thrustmaster TLCM pedals I was using with my G920
Load cell is the single biggest performance difference between you being really consistent and not. It's worth the extra cost if you know you're going to spend time racing.
I own both. Go for R9. You need some headroom for subtle force feedbacks, simply because how direct drive works.

Update: New R9 V2 has same hub as R5.

The clamp is very strong, If you have a good solid desk than you will be ok. But I would not recommend a TV tray haha lol
You should not touch the contact surfaces on the R5 base. They get contaminated over time.
OMG! You also touch the contact pins on the wheel!!!
damn....moza could be a little bit more afordable in Europe :( I'm an IRL drifter amazed by SIM community in Assetto ripping T300 and really thinking about going DD already. R9 with wheel costs like an BMW missile :D Do you think R5 with 3 pedal could be a real upgrade from T300? Moza, Rabbit, maybe some cooperation with IRL drifters? ;) Check out the channel ;)
