Hey guys, nice to see you again! In this video, we will go through the story of Muzan Kibutsuji (Demon Slayer).
𝐌𝐮𝐳𝐚𝐧 𝐊𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐮𝐣𝐢 is the main antagonist of Demon Slayer. He is the Demon King, the first of his kind, as well as the progenitor of all other demons in existence. Muzan is also the leader of the 𝐓𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞 𝐊𝐢𝐳𝐮𝐤𝐢, an organization of the twelve strongest demons in existence that serve directly under him.

Muzan is the literal definition of f*cking yourself over, bro killed his doctor who he then found out was the only person capable of perfecting the demon serum at the time then proceeded to kill the only woman(Tanjiro's mom) who actually knew where the lily's were, not to mention he enslaved Tamao who then becomes the same woman who invents the poison to weaken him. This man practically paved his own downfall.

I really appreciate that Tanjiro never becomes as powerful as Yoriichi. Sure he is strong in his own right and uses sun breathing, but it's nice to see that he isn't the typical OP main character.

I think people forget that it doesn’t matter how powerful you are FEAR is the true weakness! Muzan was SCARRED after his fight with Yourichi and he ran away! He hid for so long, he is the perfect description of a monster. It’s funny to think how he thought and described Yourichi was the true monster. Very well done, I can’t wait to see this animated.

Intentional or not, it's a bit Ironic that Muzan said that he didn't need to change because he's perfect despite his technique centering around transforming his body. That or maybe the untranslated qoute, the Japanese one, might have had a different meaning.
I think the fact that he can transform his body into anything is one of the things that makes him think he's perfect
@@NareinM Imma gonna respectfully disagree with that. Because in the scene where the Upper Moons had a meeting, Muzan said he detest change including "changes of flesh". Then ends the line with something that roughly means perfection is something unchanging. Because the scene where he said this was also including the blue spider lily, I've always interpreted it as he can only be perfect when he concumes the lily. Making him not needing to change forms because nothing can kill him. So I guess that his changing flesh ability is also a poetic show of how he still can't be perfect.

Muzan reminds me of Father from full metal alchemist. Both were born in unfortunate circumstances (one being deathly I’ll and the other a homunculus in a jar) and did terrible things to transcend their humanity, something they both perceive as weak. So much death and destruction caused by their own fear of mortality.
That’s not the only similarity. The whole theme of siblings and regaining humanity just screams fma. Akaza’s kinda similar to envy imo as they killed a likeable character early on, but commits suicide after realising they hate themselves.
Also the homunculus reminds me of demons, the way they disappear, and also making the villain human and taking pity on him in his final moments (hello Envy),
it's funny those are the only 2 shonens that I really enjoy even if i think FMAB is better on the writing and ending.

You know, a part of me is kind of disappointed at how much the final Sun Breathing form was built up, only for it to be so anti-climatic and irrelevant. I wish it played a bigger part in the fight, but, I'm also still happy that all of the Demon Slayers had such important roles in the fight; even the basic weak ones.

Of course the sun breathing is important to the story but in the end its just a stronger breathing technique than all the other and nothing more, hardly exciting to be honest. the animation is phenomenal without a doubt but pretty much any fight in the anime is phenomenal even without the sun breath. the only dope thing about it is basically due to the quality of the animation of the anime overall than the breath itself lol.
That’s what I love about Demon Slayer. The main protagonist will not be the lone hero. No one truly wanted to see tanjiro finish this one off with Sun breathing. We wanted to see all the Hashiras carry this threw. All who had personal grudges against muzan

What I like about this series is that the mc is not op, the main characters didn't really beat the demons (uppermoons) that they fought in the final arc, major character deaths.

Bro, Gyomei without blindness wouldnt unlock transparent world, Gyomei only unlocked transparent world cause he has insane sense thats the reason hes a hashira despite being blind. Gyomei gained more power from blindness allowing him to get more field sense. With or without blindless, his base form still remains the same cause when he was blind, he could still sense everything just like having eyes. But he wouldnt get transparent world, he unlocked it because transparent world isnt about eyes, but having alot of a sense.

Muzan always viewed human as weak and below him. The irony of the final arc was that he never really imagined himself being defeated by those he considered weak and eventually got weakened during the course of his battle with them. It all really made sense in the final arc. Tanjero and the sun breathing were not the main focus of this final arc because it was already solidified that there was truly only one master of that technique.

I just wished Urokodaki, Tengen Uzui, and Kyojuro's Father participated in this fight. Tengen still has one eye and right hand. Urokodaki Sakonji and Kyojuro's Father are former Hashira.
Urodaki was watching nezuko to protect her from muzan. And uzui and rengokus dad can't because they were protecting the new leader of demon slayer Corp when the father died he had his son be the new leader and those two were protecting him. So they had their own parts it wouldn't make much sense.

Shinobu & Tamayo really came in Clutch during this arc and their sacrifices were not in vain. I felt pretty sad seeing a lot of these Characters die like that.
The thumbnail is very ironic. 1% muzan, which is when he was in the 1st arc, and the final fight in the manga, where his hair was white because he had aged 3000 years, making him much, much, weaker.

Right so basically I just thought u we’re gonna give us a few facts but at the end you gave me a full story I love it
I said it once and I'm going to say it again, Demon Slayer is the modern day Full Metal Alchemist; the older sibling wants to return their younger sibling back to a previous state; the older sibling works extremely hard till they enter an organization dedicated to restore peace while getting recognition from their peers and upperclassmen after overcoming obstacle after obstacle; the main antagonist has been living for centuries looking for a way to perfect themselves while having to pass their powers to henchmen to do their biding (Upper/lower moons/7 deadly sins) and in the final battle, everyone that the protagonist met stand up the main antagonist in a high octane battle giving it their all and in the epilogue both protagonists completed their goals, lost their limbs or use of it and was taught a valuable life lesson
Demon slayer isnt modern day at all the time period is most likely somewhere around the 1900's

Story; muzan did die a long time ago along with the other demons that he created but one day sumihiko and kanata (tanjiro's descendants) discovers a tale of a demon in one of those old books in library titled "The demon god shoten" the context is the demon god shoten can't create demons but rather immortal and can withstand sunlight, sumihiko and kanata got an interest in the book then yoshiteru (zenitsu's descendants) the story is similar to the one grand grand grandpa wrote..
Kanata is shocked due to yoshiteru's sudden appearance while sumihiko smiles and says who are you.
Huh? Im your classmate yoshiteru.and here, yoshiteru handed over the book written by zenitsu agatsuma

also imma add sumihiko can't enherite HINOKAMI KAGURA but later on the journey in the verge of death he recalled and inherit the memories of tanjiro in his journey, after the flash backs of memories of tanjiro. sumihiko now gained zenitsu,inoske,rengoku,tengen breathing techniques because he copied them in tanjiro's memories, and when he's in the middle of the battle against one of the (bad)demon god he combined all of them and thus born a new era's breathing technique.

Demon corps was stupid. They fired the one guy who could kill Muzan and who taught them the breathing technics that allowed them to fight demons all because he didn't kill Muzan which he could easily do and because his brother turned which was not his fault at least not directly
Failure is not taken lightly in Japanese culture and you often were held responsible for your families failures as well. While it was indeed dumb you can't judge something from a western standpoint that doesn't share western values

I have a theory about why Muzan have no empathy to others. Muzan's backstory is not that detail so I can assume that there have been events in his past that make him cold hearted, 0 empathy, and heartless person.

Muzan's arrogance really gets me riled up. The fact that he thought of himself as a natural disaster just proved he had delusions of grandeur. He was nearly killed and would have been killed had Yoriichi been just slightly faster to act, yet he thinks he's just so above everyone else. He's definitely a sociopath, because he just likes to conveniently ignore all the signs that he's lying to himself. If he was so close to perfection then why did he fear Yoriichi so much, if he was perfect then why did he feel the need to destroy sun breathing?
Gotouge did a really good job making the exact opposite to Tanjiro, who is humble, righteous, and grounded.
