Yoriichi was 85 years old, blind and seconds away from death and still one shotted the second strongest demon. The moon breathing didn't even come close to sun. Realistically, even with insane plot armor and all Hashiras attacking together they won't land a hit on demon yoriichi unless someone like tanjiro knew sun breathing. Still it won't be enough.

Yoriichi as a human could solo all the slayers. Yoriichi as a human with immortality, a blood demon art, flesh nichirin and 500+ years of combat training would one shot all the hashiras at the same time. Wouldn’t be surprised if his BDA was like a sun nuke that can destroy the entire planet in one hit.

Yoriichi and Kokushibo duo would hella be terrifying.
Having yorrichi as an antagonist would be much better than having the king of pop . I think it would be interesting after yorrichi taught the kamados the sun breathing, he would go to muzan and become a demon ( he would develop sun recistance and broken the curse) . He would be the one who killed kamado family and tanjiro's major enemy
That would have been nice Also Tanjiro reminding him of what he himself should have been. But then Tanjiro would have to become the Naruto of his universe, as in having to become the strongest being around.
Spoilers:
I like how in Demon Slayer Manga they didnt go that route and it was a group effort to kill Muzan and Tanjiro in fact did not surpass Yoriichi. So in a way Tanjiro was not the "chosen one" but the "right one".
As it is implied that Tanjiro's dad had much more of a claim to be the chosen one but had a too weak body, but left a genetic imprint of that potential in Tanjiro, who was also born with a stronger than average body from his mother's side of the family.
So he kinda got a B- version of the talent of yoriichi and a C - version of his body. That is why he could kinda handle Sun Breathing in it's imperfect form but still wasn't nearly as strong as yoriichi.
He also tapped into Transparent World and Selfless State in the Manga, but never mastered them.
I like the idea of the twins getting Moon Breathing, but let's face it: Yoriichi is simply too strong to defeat by anyone. He would kill Muzan after becoming a demon and use his status as demon king to dismantle the Demon Slayer Corps

Everyone dies
Here's my insight:
yoriichi and michikatsu are born
michikatsu has the same personality like in the manga, but for yoriichi, the exact same except for his personality, he would be selfish and heartless.
once yoriichi finds out their dad hates him, yoriichi would train and soon kill his father.
the entire town finds out, they plan to kill yoriichi, but to their shock, yoriichi moves faster than their eyes.
yoriichi kills everyone, with his bare hands.
michikatsu runs away from the house, in fright.
for yoriichi, yoriichi would pick up a sword of one of his father's men's, and would train to kill.
michikatsu soon finds a sword and a wife, and would train, have kids, and would train his kids, and plus, he would not know about breathing styles as yoriichi inspired michikatsu. and since yoriichi wasn't there to tell michikatsu about that, michikatsu would stick to normal swordsmanship.
on the other hand, since yoriichi is selfish and heartless, he would train on his own, and knowing that he is incredibly strong, he creates Sun Breathing, and eventually encounters muzan kibutsuji, and tamayo i guess.
yoriichi, with no heart, attacks muzan with the 13th form.
muzan is shocked, terrified, and in despair.
yoriichi slowly walks to muzan with a evil grin.
muzan tries his best to convince yoriichi to become a demon, telling him that it would greatly increase his strength after the transformation.
since yoriichi wanted to hear his "final" words,
yoriichi hears, and acknowledges this,
muzan tells yoriichi how the transformation works.
after hearing this, yoriichi accepts the transformation request.
muzan splits himself into pieces and builds himself into one piece.
muzan pours a huge amount of blood in his hands,
and yoriichi moves forward to drink it.
tamayo tries to stop yoriichi, but yoriichi cuts her head.
muzan, seeing this, afraid, but knowing that yoriichi is stronger than him, doesn't open his mouth or attack yoriichi.
as yoriichi drinks the blood, it takes him less than a day to fully transform into a demon, as he is a strong human.
and boom, yoriichi is now a demon and muzan feels no anxiety, just confidence.
yoriichi does not call muzan "muzan-sama" and muzan angryly asks yoriichi, "why. won't you. call me that? i made you into this strong form,"
but before muzan could finish, he did not notice how angry yoriichi is from that, so yoriichi cuts muzan's 1800 pieces without muzan realising.
yoriichi is now the "demon king"
and goes on to slaughtering the demon slayer corps and innocent civilians.
since yoriichi is stronger, his speed goes from sub-relativistic, to sub-relativistic+
yoriichi kills the corps, innocent civilians, his friends like sumiyoshi, and meets his brother, michikatsu.
michikatsu looks into yoriichi's in disbelief and anger.
michikatsu says this:
"brother. why. why have you turned into one of them. we were born to kill demons. NOT TO BECOME ONE OF THEM. i cannot call you my brother any longer."
yoriichi, annoyed by this, replys this to his brother:
"you were not even my brother, i did not need you, or mother. i turned into this, to become stronger. better, and faster. because of this one thing. i don't like the human race. they give me an eyesore. i will live forever."
michikatsu crys and yoriichi, in an instant, slices michikatsu, his wife, and children.
yoriichi moves on to be the only person remaining in japan. the other countries, are aware of yoriichi's name, but not his appearance, on the other hand, yoriichi, not knowing the other countries, thinks that he is the only person on earth. and moves on to live freely.
The End.

4:47 Tamayo wouldn't be there because the only reason she was freed was because of yorichi. I also think Tanjiro would've still learned about demons from that guy at the bottom of the mountain, just his family wouldn't have been killed by them.
Also, wasn't Tanjiro the reason why she even managed to join in the last battle? I haven't read the manga yet, but I've heard a few bits and pieces, so I'm not 100% sure

Pretty sure sun breathing would still be passed down, since tanjiros ancestors met yorrichi before yorrichi fought Muzan, and from there tanjiro would eventually fight yorrichi and either win, lose, or the unlikely option which is joining yorrichi and being a 2nd Sun breathing demon, in which case the slayer corps would definitely fall.

This wouldn't happen mainly because moon breathing wouldn't be as powerful in this story. You see the crescent moons of moon breathing is a blood demon art from kokushibo, And not only that yoriichi was heavily nerfed in this story. His blood demon art if anything would be when a user gets hit by his breath it will fry their nerves causing absolute paralyzation in where they've been struck.

Remember everything breathing style is derived from sun breathing. So now they’d be every breathing style derived from a derived breathing which would make all of the alternatives much weaker.

I have a few issues. First of all muichiros back story would not change his parents would still die as breathing powers would not save them and his brother rejected the slayer Corps multiple times secondly yurichi would not be defeated so easily and would probably concor the sun like tanjiro, seeing this muzan would study yurichi and then use him to defeat the hole slayer Corp

Personally, I don't think Muzan would even go NEAR Yorichi. At best, He'll be like nezuko with heavier fatigue ( or at least needs way more sleep to prevent him from one-shotting the Demon king) at worse, He'll break free imeedietly and will search for a cure/ hunt muzan. My best guess on how Yoriichi would even become one is near being tricked ( like having someone else putting blood inside the tea or other better methods.) or Muzan decides to do what games do it and make a massive wave of demons to where Yorrichi can't fight fight no more ( not sciectfiically possible)
If Muzan turned Yorichii into a demon. Manga ends immediately, simple as that lol. No point in continuing the story at that point.

6:31 why would giyuu use 5th form tho? Blessed rain after the drought is usable only in situations like when spider demon mother surrenders and lets the Tanjiro cut his head in s1 ep 16. I HIGHLY doubt demon yoriichi would do this.
a little side note: from what I have heard Kokushibo's Bda is actually the crescents in his breathing techniques. I could be wrong but then the styles wouldn't have any crescents I mean they could, but they wouldn't do anything much I guess because for it to do something like it did in the manga it would have to be his bda because from the facts the breathing styles effects like the dragons and serpents are not actually real, but you can say it as like an illusion. but it doesn't really matter all that much kind of just a fun fact ig

The twins won't be able to kill Yoriichi, as Yoriichi is simply faster than them, even Muzan couldn't react to it, as if Yoriichi teleported behind and slashes appear out of thin air, no surprise that Yoriichi could speedblitz Gyomei, Muichiro, Yuchiro and Giyuu. And on the video, "Yoriichi rushes over to the twins to stop", Yoriichi could easily stop them before they could react, and Yoriichi human can already solo vs all hashiras combined negative diff, no big surprise that Yoriichi as demon could one shot them.

The only thing I don’t like about this video is how it makes it seem like a demon Yoriichi would just be a stronger Kokushibo which is definitely not how Yoriichi was originally portrayed in the manga.

Yoriichi already overpowered all existing characters combined. Yet giving him a demon form is already the end of story, he was limited by his human weakness (aging, disease, endurance etc), now he can kill everything instantly. If he wanted, their will be no more demon slayer nor demon.
