This was good, but you forgot the Lie Lie fruit, eaten by Ussop, makes the user extremely cowardly, but makes all their lie's come true, as shown when he said he could swim, it counter acted the effects of eating a devil fruit. Not all of his lies come true though, not sure why, maybe a plot hole

Bro caesars fruit is straight up a better version of smokers. In a way its really weird they are even separate but hey its one piece logic. The thing with mochi is that it isnt really strong at all, its just katakuri who is skilled and creative enough to make it powerful. Also as you said with gas, that a normal human wouldnt get much use out of it, its the same with mochi

Say Vasco comes and meets Shanks after he drinks some beer with his crew. Vasco ignites his stomach and Shanks is burned from the inside out. This should be higher up on the list.
