- A couple of weeks ago, Josh decided to buy the cheapest Mazda RX7 FC turbo in the UK and drive it back to Ireland. It was cheap for a reason and the little FC Mazda needed a lot of work. We got to work putting a new bodykit, wheels and interior in the car and now this RX7 FC looks a lot more promising. Can Josh make it a show-winner in a few weeks? It's a start...

Little tip with rivnuts
Especially for kits
Once you’ve drilled the holes
Small amount of pain from a brush in the whole
2 part epoxy around the edge of the rivnut when you instal
Stops them spinning and also reduces the chance of the holes rusting

Have import and domestic in my lineup. But my 87 fc se (stock 4lug, slick top , manual rack and windows ) is my favorite child lol . Now 5lug swapped to turbo2 bits and diff . 6port turbo with a holset hx52. Down on a new rebuild port setup. Bought it in 2004 bone stock .He’s a keeper . Respect from Austin Texas USA 🇺🇸 . TIP. When fitting up a kit like that start from the rear and work forward 😉👍 i think you said something n realized that at the end but its what iv learned after working on a dozen or so different kits with my mates.

Is there technically any qualification for bodykit fitting anyway :D ..You are doing fine Josh. Only thing was that legit before and after pics of the trunk would have been cool. It is a major change for a couple quid.

Steam is you're best friend with that carpet josh. Covered a camper in It years ago. It stretches and settles quiet nice with a bit of steam

That kit is very subtle but makes a huge difference. Now it’s begging for a spoiler, some volk wheels or a set of work meisters and a good set of coil overs. But it looks great for only two days into the build. What power adders are planned?
Need to build it as a sleeper drift car. The opposite of flashy... Just open the baffles and let her rip!
