Really appreciate the time you take to share your videos. I grew up with my grandparents and gramps was a heavy equipment field service mechanic that worked 6 days a week 14 hour days March through November. Your videos remind me of every Saturday I ever spent with him during that time, thank you Warren.
I was asking,"Why doesn't he use the hoist on that can shaft?" And then you did. The hardest part of watching that segment was I realized why I knew to use the hoist. My dad used the chain hoist and me to help him take out the shafts. You had me bawling my eyes out when that memory came back. I'm no mechanic and I don't cry with videos, but you got me on this one. I had the same symptoms last winter. I felt crappy for weeks. A few days of pure hell and the rest just weak and aching all over. This year I've been taking a Claritin pill even day to control the dripping sinus stuff and I've done great. It's awesome to hear about patriots fighting back!

Was watching some older videos a couple hours ago and went to this one and noticed a huge difference in lighting at the shop. Thought he was at a different shop for a minute lol
They got lucky on the cracked valve spring, that it didn’t drop a valve. I had one in a 1989 Chevy 1500 with a 350, had a slight miss when you pushed the rpms up high. I tore it down and found a valve spring just like that. My luckiest find. Had almost 200K, engine was clean inside, sold me on synthetic oils too. Thanks Again For the Videos.

A time comes when our body's just need to relax and wind down. I was down for about 5 days in March with cough, sneezing, sore throat, followed by bad chest congestion. Took some decongestants for about a week and coughed up about half a lung. Nice to breath afterwards. Have a Merry Christmas Warren.

Love your work ethic. Most guys I know would be off to get tested and sitting at home for 2 weeks just because. Also good attitude about being free to say whatever you want. Only a lefty cries about what people say. Righty will disagree but won’t go off crying that’s for sure. Wish Canada had more guys like us.

Your line of work, in & out of cabs, hands on controls, steering wheels, etc. Where many different operators have been sitting, breathing, coughing, etc. None of them cough into elbow, wear any type of PPE. I'm surprised you *_haven't been_* sick! I'd be gloved & masked up, spraying Lysol!
I had that exact problem with a reman John Deere just a few weeks ago. We installed the engine this spring, just a few weeks ago it came back in with a miss. Found the injector harness had a bad spot. There were some injector nuts that broke off when we removed the harness. After replacing the injectors we went to run the valves and set injector heights and found the engine was a tooth out of time.
Man last Xmas I was laid up with pneumonia. The day after Thanksgiving I cleared snow and not long after that I had a chest cold then I went to work and bang no energy I could walk From here to there, one trip to the doctor and I was home resting until New Years. Being sick sucks!!! Get well.
